Yes, the fields are now much stronger, and they can be listened to every few days, not like before when it had to be daily. This also allows them to be rotated — for example, today I can listen to 5 audios, tomorrow another 5, and so on. The listening time is reduced, and this will also improve the absorption by the energy system.

I used to listen to Jing, Qi and Shen from the store in the morning instead of coffee. Now I should just do that once a week and it’s done, correct? Sorry I know it’s redundant, I guess I am in disbelief that we are really here lol
