What Books / TV Shows / Movies Do You Recommend?

Thank you for sharing something so real. What you’ve lived through and how you’ve pulled yourself up — inch by inch, as you said — shows a deep, quiet kind of strength that deserves huge respect.

It’s not easy to keep going when everything feels broken, but you did.

That makes you indestructible. This is not just about surviving, it is about winning the war for yourself. You’ve won yourself. You’re your own precious treasure.

And you never will. That’s the thing, imagine how much resources and people dark side used to drag you down, to destroy you from the first breath, and you showed them that you can beat the whole army, because the Divine supports you.

Forged in fire. I bow to you, and I am proud of you.

On a related note, I recently heard a podcast guest mention that certain traumas can be stored in the fascia, and that releasing them may have a significant impact.
@Maitreya, considering the “Body Cleanse with Golden Light” & “Remove Negative Cellular Memory” fields, perhaps you could explore creating a field specifically aimed at releasing stored trauma from the fascia as well.

This is the best for that Arnica Rubbing Salve - The Medicine Man – Maitreya Cosmetics combination of fields and frequencies of oils (yes, it is significant for energy, too) would win with every field.

I read this book regarding Solar plexus.

I know that many people don’t like it and find it “slow and stupid,” but I really liked this movie:

I think that when someone believes in soulmates, it’s impossible not to feel something stir in your heart while watching the film. Some scenes felt a bit too much for me, but it’s not a horror movie — they clearly tried to focus on emotions, love, and connection.

At the beginning, there were things that felt like programming against God, but by the end of the movie that was resolved, which gave me a sense of peace. I don’t like movies with programming, but here they made an effort to avoid that.

Overall, it’s a very beautiful romantic story that portrays love as madness, the curse as punishment, and humility as liberation.

This film is made as a big parody — cringe, funny, and even mocking, as if the director intentionally wanted it to feel a bit silly. But what happens? Two weeks after its release, Netflix refused to air season 2, even though the film itself became a bestseller.

Why? There are truths in it that they don’t want people to know. You can find information there about Bardo, about the stealing of souls, and other similar topics. Overall, the film is like The Matrix 2, but without a “cool character” — more like Mr. Bean.

I recommend it, if anyone has the time to watch it.

I enjoy all the books by Omraam Mikhael Aivanhov, Torkom Saryadarian, Rudolf Steiner. It takes a while, but really elaborates on all things from a spiritual perspective without loosing touch with the ground.
