Yes, I developed gluten and dairy intolerance out of the blue. And also couldn’t eat fish, meat, eggs anymore. I did a gut microbiome test and the company suggested a personalized mix which I took for a few years and then stopped. Good reminder to get it checked again.
Yes, our body increases our appetite for whatever we’re constantly lacking. And garlic is great — just don’t go out around people afterwards, haha.

Yes, the more I went into Reiki and Pranic healing, most foods started feeling heavy on my system. I try to be mindful of at least the B complex, K2, Magnesium, Boron, Vit D and Vit C.

I didn’t use to before but now every food I eat, I start with a prayer- May this be blessed so that when I eat it I feel cleansed , energized and healed at all levels. May all beings who made it possible for me to eat this food be blessed with health happiness and prosperity.
Probably should try some heavier foods again with some extra cleansing and blessing and see how it goes. I got too scarred with the few bad episodes, I think.
If the food is treated with chemicals, it affects the stomach very badly — you can get bloating, acidity, and many other unpleasant symptoms. I try, whenever possible, to buy organic fruits and vegetables, chicken without vaccines, eggs from free-range hens, sourdough bread with live bacteria, and ideally made from eco wheat, because most breads are made from treated GMO grains and enriched with folic acid of the type that isn’t good for us and blocks the absorption of the real one.
Now that we’re talking about food — does anyone actually believe this person eats that amount? Or is it more likely that he spits it out afterward and the video editor cuts those moments out? Lol

Even though some things hurt, I still do them. So they hurt the first time, second time, third time and then my body starts adapting and the fourth time pain gets easier and so on.
That‘s how I did it with mediacations! It was so hard getring off mediacations, because I took them my whole life.
So when I got sick and stopped taking meds, it was reall hard and uncomfortable. But I stuck to it.
And then the more I stuck to it the easier it got.
Now when I get sick, I feel bad for one day and then fully heal without any mediacation.
It worked, but it was hard😬

Gluten is also not very high here.
The Problem with today normal Wheat, is that they add extra Gluten to it. So it destroys our gut.
Recently I was so angry lol! I looked at my „Protein Pasta“ and resd through the ingredients list.
Guess what the extra Protein was made of?

It’s very hard to find completely gluten free, eg. soy sauces, spice mixes, supplements, oats (due to cross contamination) have gluten. Gluten is a great binding agent, so it is used for that purpose in many things. Some asian markets sell isolated gluten for cooking.
A confounder for gluten is phosphate salts which are frequently used in processed foods, fertilizers and is a common inflammation causing factor.
Yeah Gluten is a real problem.
And people take in too much of it everyday.
It seems that the Gene Amy1 is a big factor in Carb Metabolism.
Some people have 2 copies of it in their code and some have over 15 copies.
So the ones with more copies are able to digest starches way more effectively than others. The genes depend on the diet of the Ancestors.
If your Ancestors ate a lot of Rice for example, you‘ll have that better Amylase Gene Expression.
I think I have that for sure, because I deal so well with starches. They give me amazing Energy and are easy on the stomach.
