What are you eating

I‘m opening this Thread to share about Nutrition and what we are eating.

We can share whatever we eat

I‘ll give it a start and share my dinner of today after a workout.

Ground Beef, Scrambled Eggs with Cheese, greek yoghurt with seasoning and Olive Oil, 1 Full Buffalo Mozarella with Seasoning and Olive Oil, some Olives and Raw Milk Kefir.

It is a lot haha :joy:

I like to eat this heavy at night, even though it is not recommended, bit it feels right.

If I ate a big meal through the day I would get very sluggish.

I eat Fruits and 2 Pieces of Dark Chocolate for Breakfast, and a full portion of Rice for Lunch.

This way my body can concentrate on digesting only carbs through the day, so I can get my Energy quickly.

And then in the Evening I eat my Protein and Fat.

After that I can sleep very well :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

Only? Very interesting way of eating. I forgot what it’s called, but I’ve heard that many people have a digestive system that works like that — eating one type of food, then another, and so on.

I sprinkle it with good Olive Oil and a bit Parmigianno Cheese, or else it would be hard to eat :joy: and Salt of course

It has been working really well. I don‘t get extremely tired after esting that big Portion of Rice. Its about 300grams cooked.

And eating fruit on an empty stomach feels the best way! I eat some wild Blueberrys, a Kiwi and a Banana :+1:t4:

I think this eating plan is great, especially if a person is active during the day. It sounds good.

here is my daily plan

2 oranges
3 eggs with hot chili sauce, 1 slice of bread, 1 avocado
1 large mango
milk with matcha and a wafer
for dinner I have about 150 grams of roasted chicken with sesame and garlic sauce

I eat pretty much what I want on any particular day and it changes based on season and my particular cycle.

I generally start off with a cinnamon tea, a mix of nuts and seeds, gooseberry and turmeric milk.

I eat one serving of either oats or chickpea pasta with vegetables, beans/ legumes sprinkled with nutritional yeast.

A serving of pineapple or papaya and a few berries.

2 dates before sleeping at night.

I drink various tisanes through the day. I love sipping on something warm continuously.

Sounds delicious and so simple! Love it! The simpler the better😄

Right now I‘m trying to build a weekly plan so I can get some variation in.

I want to choose about 20 different food items and just stick to them.

For now I‘ve chosen:

  • Beef(Any Type)
  • Eggs
  • Wild Salmon
  • Raw Kefir
  • Avocado
  • Dark Chocolate(70% Cacao)
  • white Rice
  • Potatoes
  • Paprika
  • Wild Blueberrys
  • Kiwi
  • Banana
  • Mango
  • raw spinach
  • yoghurt
  • Cheese(Any Type but good quality)
  • Emmer Bread

I will of course occasionally cook something else, like Emmer Spagetthi or self made Pizza also with Emmer Flour. But I will tr to stick to these Food Items and especially on days where I train, I will not combine Carbs and Protein/Fat.

Interesting! Can you explain what a Tsisane is?

Isn’t this a bit too little food? It depends on the portions, of course, but it seemed quite low in calories to me.

Any infusion from herbs, spices, flowers. Depending on what I need on any particular day, I would vary the mixture.

eg, chamomile for relaxation

Jasmine for mild invigoration

Fenugreek for better digestion

Great — high-quality food full of nutrients. I don’t see what else you would need, just make sure to add enough fruits and vegetables.
The kefir is very tasty, and I love it too.

It is. I eat very less compared to an average person. Ever since 2020, my food habits changed drastically and I don’t eat most foods now-it would either cause me pain or cause me to feel deeply lethargic. I would be so happy if I could get all nutritions from the Cosmos.

I‘m not too keen on vegetables haha :joy: I take this for Fibre and it also has beneficial Gut Bacteria inside.

I like vegetables cooked but it‘s too much work preparing them🤷🏾‍♂️ i bought them frozen, that‘s easier

I have done a calculation with Chat GPT and with this list I have all the Nutrients I need. And in case I don‘t I take some supplements anyway.

Shilajit for example.:slightly_smiling_face:

But did you ever look into this? There must be a cause for food intolerance.

If we ignore for a moment that we are spiritual them one reason might be a damaged gut. If your microbiome is defective, you can get many problems!

Also full of healthy Gut Bacteria!

I eat pretty much everything, actually ))

I definitely have preferences, but I can’t say “I eat this, but I don’t eat that”

I like simple foods and single-ingredient things. I love fruit, vegetables, meat, fish, and seafood…

Sometimes I really feel like I’m hooked on a certain food - I just crave it, and that’s it. That probably means my body is lacking something.
That happens to me quite often with garlic. I put garlic in everything.

Also my wife loves to cook and try new things. I trust her taste and agree to all her experiments.

Interesting — did this happen as a result of energy work?
Yes, it’s best for a person to receive energy from the Cosmos, but our body also needs vitamins and minerals, which cannot be replaced by energy.
The important thing is that you feel well, of course. I was just surprised because it’s quite a small amount.

Well garlic is delicious lol!

I remember when I used to hate Garlic and Onions. Oh boy did I miss out…

This one is also quite strong — actually a bit too much. I only take it when I know I’m going to have a very active day; otherwise it gives so much energy that it’s hard to handle, haha.
