Just for Canadian customer. I bought an observer pendant (super excited), Pendant USD55 + shipping USD35.34 = USD85.44 (about CAD 117.79)

I live in Canada and just received an email from DHL for custom fee. It needs another CAD 29.30 for clearance.

That is about 24.87% of the original cost. Please remember to factor that into the budget if you are a Canadian buyer.

Yes, that’s one of the reasons why we’re trying to phase out physical products. We do have plans for future ones, but they will be based in America, which will eliminate this issue for people outside Europe.
