Contemplate, ask your guardian angel to reveal a greater vision of this virtue, or where to find a greater expression of this virtue.
6.Ask yourself, what is a subtle way to use this virtue in daily life.

Visualize standing on top of a mountain, see beautiful vegetation, flowers all around. Feel the breeze of pure air on face, breathe deeply. Observe the expressions of the virtue that the Divine has manifested all around you. Visualize your whole nature, your body radiating the virtue. Breathe in/ out the virtue. What does that look like, feel like? Does that have a color, music?
Visualize, radiate, observe. -
Open your eyes and write your insights. Writing is an essential part of meditation and grounds your thinking and the expansion of consciousness. It also concretizes your insights and findings.
