Urine Therapy

I’ve heard about Urine therapy in some circles now.

Has anyone in this forum ever done that or is it all just hoax?

It sounds disgusting of course but I am willing to unlearn all I’ve learned in this life haha.

I conquered this topic also a few times these days. Its good for hair loss and “heuschnupfen”, my colleagues told me

My gran did it a few times to recover faster from surgeries. It is one of the “old wisdoms” and she always uses her urine when she has some wounds. I used this for skin allergy once, externally, not internally, and it helped with that.

I’ve never felt resonance with that, but from what I watched and read, this can work. My hometown is famous for mines, we extract copper, and they were accidents where miners were trapped and survived only because they drank their own urine.

Interesting! I feel a lot of resistance towards doing it, but I‘ll keep researching about it and who knows :man_shrugging:t5::man_shrugging:t5:

The method is interesting, but don’t expect quick results. There’s an interesting type of therapeutic urine: evaporated urine.
