What is this field?
yes, Iām using that with the primer as well, there are a lot of fields I donāt use anymore because they are now permanently part of my own energy now
I bought this recently and feel like im releasing a lot from my heart
Very interesting observation. How would we assess, if our nervous system is in a frozen state, but we havenāt realized it. And if we realize we have that issue, how can we begin to move on to the healing stage?
If a person is in negative or apathetic emotions, it usually means the nervous system is in a fight-or-flight state, or even worse, in a frozen state. This can show up as anxiety, OCD, tension, or social anxiety.
A healthy state is when a person feels calm for most of the day. Not necessarily happy, but calm. Happiness is another emotion that is triggered by certain stimuli, and if someone works a lot on their mind they might reach such a state as well, but for most people, calmness is already excellent. It also doesnāt strain the nervous system and is a much better state to be in.
With that in mind, if this is not the case, then a person should work on releasing trauma. We have quite a few fields for that. Itās good for someone to listen to them for a few months, and to do it consciously ā telling the field through intention what is weighing on them, what they experienced, how they felt during childhood or during a shock.
Last summer I had a very heavy nervous breakdown because of a strong fright. When a person goes through something very intense, you can imagine their energetic system like small channels through which little balls of light ā impulses ā are constantly moving. Under strong stress, these impulses can āburst,ā and the person may develop physical problems.
I was at the seaside with a friend when a so-called rip current appeared, which started pulling us outward. We were swimming toward the shore, but it kept dragging us further out, and there was no ground beneath us. We managed to get out with great difficulty, and the lifeguards reacted quickly and came to help, but we thought that we could die there.
After that fright, I kept coughing for three months. My body had understood what happened ā that drowning was possible ā and it expanded my lungs to the maximum so I could survive. So from a two-minute experience, I then struggled for three months with this āillnessā and constant coughing, all day, all night. Nothing like the flu. It was constant without pause.
This particular field is very suitable for clearing such things, but it takes a little time.
Oh, I had an experience with a rip current in Thailand where my fear of drowning surfaced⦠I hadnāt faced that before, so I panicked. But I quickly calmed down, intuitively floated on my back, and started moving along the shore.
Literally a moment later, I felt the sand under my feet. But it was an unforgettable experience ![]()
Yes, itās a horrible feeling, haha ![]()
Iām very happy that the rip current didnāt soaked you both out! ![]()
I was in a very bad car crash almost 10 years ago. Had a lot of physical damage to repair.
I think I might have been in a frozen-state since then, just living through live as best as I can but in a constant fight-or-flight state.
Ask yourself: How would I feel if I never had that accident?
Youāll notice some energy starting to come up. You need to nurture and grow that energy within yourself.
Thereās also this technique called ārevision.ā
The main idea is that you can reimagine your past - for example, you can visualize that the accident never happened, and something else happened instead.
Basically, you need to convince your subconscious mind that the accident was just an illusion. Once you manage to do that, your emotions, your overall state, and even your physical body will start to readjust, as if it never happened at all.
But to do this, you need to be mindful and constantly remind yourself of this new, imagined story, while treating the old one like illusion.
I once planted a fake memory: my friends congratulating me on buying a house.
I worked on it so vividly, adding real feelings and emotions⦠And over time, I recalled that situation so many times that it felt real. Even now, I remember all the details.
I once read about a man who convinced himself that he was born into a wealthy family, that he knew how to handle money, and that his parents had given him a great education⦠And he said it completely transformed his life.
Iām not sure about physical changes, but the emotional impact will definitely be there.
There is also s specific field, but you can try it without it for now to get started.
Thanks so much for your input, @Hero. I remember the concept of āThe Pruning Sheers of Revisionā when reading Neville Goddard. Yes, I can conceptualize how it is a very powerful tool to reprogram our mental processes. After all, the mind canāt really distinguish what is real from what is imagined.
Although I understand this concept, I havenāt had the discipline to focus on it consistently and implement it. I believe that the DM will make it easier for me to conquer my undisciplined monkey-mind.
I am starting to tackle the more complex fields now⦠like the Reality Shifter, Subconscious Reprogrammer, and others. I havenāt been able to grasp and integrate these more advanced concepts yet, but had great success with more āautomatic fieldsā like the Dead-Lift for example
. I think I am ready to up-level my Maitreya journey now. ![]()
I was just thinking about another possible solution to address the damage from a frozen nervous system or a ābroken bodyā and it occurred to me to get the Book of Health and use the Time Breaker to push it back to the day after the accident. What do you think?
What Iām actually suggesting is that you completely erase the accident itself from your consciousness - so your body and mind perceive reality as if it never happened at all. You, on the other hand, seem to be looking for ways to keep the accident in your field.
Maybe thereās some kind of ābenefitā for you in having it happen? Perhaps youāre using it to justify something⦠For example (and these are just thoughts out loud, not a judgment), maybe you donāt see yourself as a successful person or smth else, and the accident serves as a convenient reason why that hasnāt happened yet.
The idea of healing the physical body in the past by sending mandalas there - thatās something Iāve also worked with. Though I still havenāt fully understood how it worked for me personally: I canāt clearly track the result in a ābefore/afterā way.
But honestly, what Iām offering you is a different focus: to erase the accident as such, to remove all the internal barriers and limitations connected to it. That would allow you to shift your identity and start creating the life you dream of⦠without the old limitations.
You make a good point, @Hero . I hadnāt consciously thought about dismissing the idea or erasing the memory,
I was thinking about other possible ways to help the body return to health and heal the nervous system āfrozen stateā.
If I can set the Book of Health in my MM2 and forget it, it might be easier to work mindfully on erasing that memory in the process.
For motivation, read the story about Joe Dispenza.
Joe Dispenza healed himself from severe spinal injuries he got in an accident. In 1986, during a triathlon competition in Palm Springs, he was hit by a SUV. The crash caused multiple injuries: compression fractures in six vertebrae in his upper back. Bone fragments entered his spinal canal, which created a real risk of paralysis.
Doctors insisted on a complicated surgery - inserting steel rods to stabilize his spine. According to them, without surgery he would never walk again, and even with surgery he might end up disabled and in constant pain.
Dispenza refused the surgery and decided to use intensive visualization and meditation techniques. According to his story:
He spent 9 weeks completely immobile, lying on his stomach.
Every day, for several hours, he would mentally ārebuildā his spine, segment by segment, imagining it healthy.
After 10 and a half weeks, he was able to stand up. After 12 weeks, he fully returned to normal life and started working at his clinic again.
And keep in mind - Dispenza didnāt have the powerful tools that we now have, thanks to our glorious Maitreya
He healed himself using only the power of his mind.
But if you add to that
Reality Shifter
Soul Reunification
Repeater
Revision
Plus, if you also practice mindfulness - feeling and experiencing yourself as a healthy person before sleep - and add the energy fields from the Book of Healthā¦
then very soon youāll become even more powerful than Joe Dispenza. And youāll be motivating others with your own example ![]()
That would be amazing ![]()
