Felt like I should say I’ve been using this off and on and… well, I think one good tip is that it can prove to be a lot if you use it like many days in a row. Like, it might be more beneficial to use it with breaks because when it brings something up, it can be quite a lot and rather unexpectedly, and it’s helpful to have that down time to integrate and not be overwhelmed. If you happen to be one of those people where you might have a lot to clear out, lol.
But also, I can say, not always but fairly often when used it definitely can make some weird stuff happen to bring stuff up to be dealt with. Other times, you might not notice something. My theory is there’s various factors at play. Like, going off an example someone mentioned already, if something can be resolved via an ex randomly popping into your world out of nowhere, well, not all the time will that person be in a position to where they would do that in your world. Maybe it’s not the time of the week they’ll be likely to want to go to the Walmart you frequent. Hopefully that makes sense.
Definitely does things in my experience and opinion and I enjoy having this tool and I’m not spamming it like I used to and finding myself inexplicably super irritable and one day I’m having a trauma about my father come to mind, the next day something about me and girls, the next day something with me and my mom, etc etc lol.

Just bought this oldie and I’ve turned it on from my microsd card with the Field Emitter. Within 30 minutes, I was dazed (just like when something traumatic and unexpected happens to you and your face kinda go numb).
It is very strong. I can see why it’s not created into a mandala. I think I’ll instruct the Field Optimizer to turn it on for a few hours per day.

when will this be in MANDALA’ format? If ever? I sincerley hope it will. sorry but I cant stand that music on the audio what little I heard. rather hear trickling streams , flowing river. A Mandala version is quite Universal,of course. I still the Have the one , Releasing truama, releasing guilt, Love and Forgiveness, Grounding and Earthing, Inate Trust in God, Field Primer. oh Love the Field Primer!!
You can use audios like mandalas by copying the audio files in a usb drive/memory card together with the field emitter. That’s how I use them these days.

i start using this amyzing field week ago
each time i have some other area in my body that painfull
and a heavy sad mood
little bit comfuse too
i feel cleaner each day
but i notice that if i put in my field emmiter
Book of health , and the Leadership gene mandalas
while i play the Univresal clearing
its just redouce most of these side effects
cuz the mandalas cover all the physical and mental things that come
so i think it can be a perfect combination .or
/ it means they cancel the important part of the prosses xD
who knows haha
anyway i rocommand this field alot .

of my expirince the Universal clearing effect feels like PTSD triggred
I become detached from reality , strong sadness sometimes hard to breath
like i crying hard in a onther dimension
ik it sounds bad …
only becuase its a war with your own shadows 
It brings out and puts them in presence
but each day slowly… the deepest pain and fear start to leave you
so yes … IT IS WORTH IT
already 4 months into it
feels like half way of being pure from any trauma or negative shit
So I continue
Physical changes : better health and whight loss

I Just bought this and will be starting tonight
One thing l noticed is it says on gumroad that the file is an mp3, but when l click Download, it saved as an mpga file

MPGA is an audio file which is compressed with MPEG Layer1. It allows to play all music files that support MP3 data as well. Within the MPGA file, the audio data is compressed, yet maintains the original quality. It is a standard file format for windows, and it is supported by all windows media players.

Last night, my first night listening l only used it once. While listening, l felt slight pain and pressure on the back of my head. I’ve had a lump there since being a kid and l know theres lots of implants in me because l’ve had dreams in the past where l seen them
I went to bed a bit later, I had this crazy dream l was out somewhere and i got really sick, letting out a lot of stuff. The last thing l remember l released a huge white box [definitely an implant of some sort], and l was wondering what it was and how a big box like that came up from my throat lol I was more focused on that rather than anything else. After that l felt my body shift/move and that woke me up.
That was a really cool experience.

After 30 days of using this, I do have some updates
The first night [see my post above] was the fastest shift/experience, after that l didn’t have any crazy dreams. My mood has been much better, very little low vibrational feelings such as sadness, fear, upset, etc. But there was one night where my negative emotions and wanting to leave this life came out. I used to feel like that A LOT throughout my life, so 1 night in the last month is definitely an improvement
The biggest change though is my family, they have been way more happier and peaceful. I feel as if they are being protected against negative entities or something because they don’t behave with anger, judging, etc now. This has been a major factor in my mood being higher as their mood has always affected me
So yes, my mental and emotional state has been drastically improved by this field. l’m hoping l’ll have physical improvements start soon.
I listen to this only once everyday but l’ve noticed l feel exhausted every morning and l don’t feel like getting up. Then by evening l feel very tired. l thought this would pass in a few days but l’m still facing this problem.

Give yourself a rest. This can improve your health too if the body needs that.
Also, check the mandalas you are using. If they are too many you can cut some from your bundle until you carry UC with you.
