Ask yourself: How would I feel if I never had that accident?
You’ll notice some energy starting to come up. You need to nurture and grow that energy within yourself.
There’s also this technique called “revision.”
The main idea is that you can reimagine your past - for example, you can visualize that the accident never happened, and something else happened instead.
Basically, you need to convince your subconscious mind that the accident was just an illusion. Once you manage to do that, your emotions, your overall state, and even your physical body will start to readjust, as if it never happened at all.
But to do this, you need to be mindful and constantly remind yourself of this new, imagined story, while treating the old one like illusion.
I once planted a fake memory: my friends congratulating me on buying a house.
I worked on it so vividly, adding real feelings and emotions… And over time, I recalled that situation so many times that it felt real. Even now, I remember all the details.
I once read about a man who convinced himself that he was born into a wealthy family, that he knew how to handle money, and that his parents had given him a great education… And he said it completely transformed his life.
I’m not sure about physical changes, but the emotional impact will definitely be there.
There is also s specific field, but you can try it without it for now to get started.
