Receiving the Land and Country You Are In

Energetically Programmed Field for Reconnection with the Earth Beneath You

We walk, live, breathe, and grow on land. But not every soul is fully received by the place it inhabits. And not every heart has fully received the land beneath its feet.
This energetically programmed field restores the broken link between you and the land where you were born — or where you live. Whether native or foreign, chosen or inherited, this land is not neutral. It is alive. And your relationship with it shapes your life more than you may realize.

:globe_showing_europe_africa: In systemic and ancestral work, rejection of the land is not just personal — it is energetic. And it carries consequences. When you (or your ancestors) carry resentment, hatred, or shame toward a country or land, you are cut off from its flow — from its resources, support, vitality, and visibility.

:seedling: Land is not just geography. It is a field of reciprocal belonging. When honored, it nourishes. When rejected, it closes.

:dna: You may carry phrases, beliefs, or emotions like:

– “This country is broken.”
– “I don’t belong here.”
– “I hate this place.”
– “Nothing works here.”
– “I need to escape.”
– “This is not home.”

These are more than words.
They are energetic declarations — and they create rupture.

:repeat_button: The results may show up as:

– Blocked success, career, or finances
– Invisibility in work or relationships
– Projects collapsing without reason
– Constant tension, stagnation, or “bad luck”
– A haunting feeling that you are a stranger here — even if born on this land

:dna: Often, this rejection isn’t yours alone. It is inherited. Your lineage may carry:

– Deep trauma from war, regimes, or persecution
– Exile, displacement, or cultural erasure
– Betrayal by institutions or systems
– Unresolved grief, hatred, or humiliation connected to this place

These echoes move forward — silently. You may live in a land your ancestors learned to hate. And in that inheritance, you remain cut off from the very place you stand.

:herb: This field is not about loving a country blindly. It is about restoring relationship with the land — and with the collective energy of the place that holds your life. Through gentle systemic and energetic alignment, it helps you:

– Acknowledge your ancestors’ pain without carrying it forward
– Release judgment, resistance, or energetic rebellion
– Open to the ground beneath you — not just physically, but spiritually
– Allow the land to recognize you — and begin to support you again

:cherry_blossom: You may be here by birth. You may be here by choice. Either way, you are here now. And while you are, the land you stand on shapes what flows into your life.

:sparkles: Movements supported by this field:

– Releasing inherited hatred or exclusion from a land or state
– Accepting where you are — without resignation, but with presence
– Restoring connection to local energy, structure, and support
– Feeling safe, seen, and stable in your current environment
– Reopening the flow of visibility, resources, and belonging
– Receiving the land as a partner — not an obstacle

:gem_stone: Benefits often reported:

:check_mark: Increased flow in career, clients, finances, and systems

:check_mark:A shift from isolation to connection with local people and opportunities

:check_mark: Relief from the “outsider” feeling — and the pain of rejection

:check_mark: Inner peace with place — even if temporary

:check_mark: Stronger grounding in body and nervous system

:check_mark:A felt sense of partnership with the land — not war against it

:check_mark: Clarity on whether to stay, grow, or leave — from peace, not trauma

:compass: This field is especially supportive for those who:

– Feel out of place or rejected by the country they live in
– Carry ancestral trauma related to war, exile, or political pain
– Experience chronic stagnation or misfortune “without reason”
– Struggle to be seen, supported, or included locally
– Have emigrated or live on foreign soil
– Long to belong — or to leave, but from a place of wholeness

Core systemic statement aligned with this field:

-This land holds my life.
-You gave to my ancestors — and you give to me.
-What they could not accept, I now see and respect.
-Where they suffered, I acknowledge.
-Now, I take my place — and I open to receive from you.
-I belong here, for as long as I stand on your ground.
-️ When the land is no longer the enemy, it becomes the ground for your life.
-Not through submission — but through belonging.
-And from that place, life begins to say yes — again.

This can be carried by people if they live through different countries?

Yes

It really resonates with me. I even feel some dislike toward the language, culture, and everything connected to the state and authority.

I’m sure it’s somehow related to the persecution of my ancestors in the past and the hardships they went through.

I wonder if this can also apply to countries where you don’t live but still feel some kind of energetic connection? Maybe there were some past lives there too.

It’s good to take back your energy from there if you feel a strong attraction to a certain country. After that, you’ll probably no longer feel that pull toward it.

Each country has its own egregore, lessons, blessings, but also pain and trauma. I had a problem with Poland for years while I was living in Scotland (which ironically both have similar energies and challenges lol). This field allows you to connect with the land you’re in and communicate with it like with living consciousness. Some even say each country has a soul. Poland has feminine. Spain was strictly masculine for me.

I cultivate a mindset that I am exactly where I should be until I learn everything my soul wants to experience. We have a collective migration phase that might last for years. I saw many people I follow on social media pack their stuff and start to travel. Now, I am wearing Justice Enviromental and Banish them to Light, I feel the need to move even more. Because wherever I go, I change the energy around me, plus my own gifts of weaving patterns often lead me to places with trapped souls. So this field gives me a lot of comfort because it will make me feel welcomed.

@Maitreya, I noticed there’s already a category named “Ancestral Clearing Series” with fields linked to it, so the recently added “Ancestral Clearing” might be redundant.

Oh, thank you! We’re trying to make the forum more organized, and we’ve duplicated it by mistake. @anon72404465, could you please fix it? Thanks!

For more than a week now, I have been working with three fields:

  1. Receiving the land and country
  2. Restoring the sense of belonging
  3. Painful loyalty

I will give more detailed feedback in January but for now I can say one thing:
this (Receiving the land) field clears the body from the feet up to the lower back in a way nothing else does.

I have used many different tools and practices focused on this area, but this specific field really started breaking energetic blocks in the legs.

If your feet are constantly cold on a basic level, which means the energy flow is blocked, I strongly recommend paying attention to this field.

Also, don’t forget that earth energy and the root chakra are the foundation for manifestation and creating results in life.

Throughout my entire life in my country, I never considered it my home. I did not revere it, felt no pride in where I lived or in my ancestry, and held a negative attitude toward the national language.

I live in Ukraine, where both Ukrainian and Russian have long been in use, though Russian was predominant for most people before the war.

The local traditions always felt foreign to me, as if something negative bound me to this land and even to the Ukrainian language itself. Though beautiful and melodic, it evoked a sense of rejection within me. As I mentioned elsewhere, I wanted to leave the country precisely because of what it represented to me. I never felt at home here; I was convinced that life would be better elsewhere-the farther away, the better.

I never had a true connection to the land. Even though I love nature, forests, and walking, I could never feel the earth’s energy. Despite various grounding practices, their effects were fleeting. My feet were always cold, and only when I consciously channeled energy flows would they warm up-but as soon as I stopped, the cold returned.

After Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, the vast majority of people began switching to Ukrainian. Legislative measures and initiatives promoting the Ukrainian language appeared, which irritated and triggered me intensely. This was likely tied to my aversion to being forced into anything, but more deeply, it resonated with historical violence against my lineage-emotions that began to surface.

I have written extensively about working with my family line. I know that in my ancestry, many suffered because of this land and the state. The Ukrainian territory has endured centuries of hardship due to its geopolitical position: constant wars, from Mongol invasions to world wars and modern Russian aggression, have repeatedly turned it into a battlefield. Man-made famines like the Holodomor of 1932-33, along with those of 1921-23 and 1946-47, claimed millions of peasant lives. Dekulakization, repressions, mass deportations, and the elimination of the intelligentsia systematically destroyed the most productive segments of society.

Profoundly destructive processes unfolded over generations, and I know my ancestors were caught in them. One branch of my family was dispossessed-everything of value taken simply due to a neighbor’s envy or complaint. In another, my great-grandfather was taken away to an unknown fate, never to be seen again. The state was deeply involved in these tragedies, shaping a natural distrust toward authority, the country, and the land itself. How would you feel toward a country where people come to your home to take your child or your property? Such trauma lingered in my family system for generations.

The emotions rising in me felt ancestral, not entirely my own. So when this mandala appeared, it immediately captured my attention, and a powerful resonance followed.

In the very first days of using it, I felt a strong energy flow entering through my feet, moving up my legs. It cleared blocks in my feet, knees, and calves, reached the Muladhara chakra, moved through my lower back, and rose even higher-I sensed it reaching the back of the Anahata chakra. For about two weeks, there was intense cleansing as the earth’s energy flushed the channels. The most stubborn blocks were in my feet, knees, Muladhara, and lower back. I had worked on these areas before, but now the intensity was remarkable. Sometimes it was hard to sleep because for hours after listening, the work continued-my legs vibrated, and my feet burned with heat.

Gradually, my feet grew warmer consistently. I’ve had the mandala for just under a month. The first two weeks involved daily release of blocks. I listened to it alongside another field, DM: Restoring the Sense of Belonging. These two seem to overlap significantly, both touching on themes of land and ultimately fostering inner peace.

The mandala first cleared energy channels from the feet up to the Anahata, with particular focus on the Muladhara and lower back, where blocks were strongest.

Then I noticed my attitude toward my native language and culture beginning to shift. I haven’t fallen in love with them wholeheartedly, but the hatred and irritation toward the language and those in power subsided. The triggers softened. Even as the war continues and authorities make unpopular decisions, I’ve come to understand, to some extent, that there may be no other way. I don’t fully support the government-corruption and injustice still bother me-but it no longer consumes me.

At some point, I needed to accept reality. I even purchased the “Acceptance” and"Integrity" virtues. Acceptance brought up many layered blocks and created situations that demanded conscious integration. I may write a review of those later, but I already see that the virtue series is undervalued in terms of cost versus effect.

I began to understand and accept what is happening in the country, to stop resisting. In part because of this, inner peace arrived. The urge to run away faded. During this period, much material surfaced that required conscious processing.

After three weeks, I found myself spontaneously switching to Ukrainian in conversation. The triggers that once caused resistance were gone. I grew calmer toward processes within the country. I don’t love the country more than my own life-my life still comes first, and I’m not ready to sacrifice myself for the nation-but my attitude has definitely changed.

I still occasionally dip into negative emotions related to the country’s situation, especially regarding how the government treats its people, but these pass quickly. It feels as though these emotions no longer belong to me. They belong to the collective unconscious of the people living here. I simply pick them up from others.

I also noticed that small desires began to manifest quickly. Not even full desires-sometimes I merely think of something, and it happens. Materialization is, after all, connected to the Earth element.

I’ve wanted to write about the elements for a while. Briefly: materialization occurs in the present moment, and the present is a balance of Earth and Fire. The past is Water; the future is Air. If you’re stuck in the past or dreaming of the future, you’re pulled out of the “here and now.” Materialization happens precisely in the present-the realm of Fire and Earth. The Earth element is responsible for condensing thought into material form and the ability to hold onto physical things. Perhaps this gives you some ideas as well.

To continue. my feet stayed warm. The Muladhara and even the tailbone began functioning differently. I can feel the foot chakras working. Very deep blocks in the lower back and at the level of Manipura and Anahata on the back were released. I had worked on these zones for years, but they, too, were processed by this mandala that restores connection to the land.

These are my preliminary observations. This mandala, as I mentioned, overlaps strongly with DM: Restoring the Sense of Belonging.

DM: “Receiving the Land” brings peace because, firstly, you can draw energy from the earth, and secondly, you can release negative energy into it. The stronger your connection to the earth, the faster you recover from emotional lows.

I recommend this mandala to absolutely everyone from the post-Soviet space, to those who cannot find their place, who move constantly, or who struggle with manifestation. Of course, to those who have problems with energy flowing in the lower body.

I’ll reiterate: mandalas related to the lineage system are foundational. Everyone wants to add qualities, become more attractive, or attract wealth, but first, you must put your emotional state in order and clear the negative energies inherited from your family system. I’ve written before that our conscious mind influences only about 20%, while 80% comes from our past lives and family lineage.

Mandalas like this address exactly that.
