I wanted to check something regarding my recent digital Mandala order. It has been about 4 days since my purchase, and I still haven’t received the file. I also reached out through the Contact Us page but haven’t received a reply yet, so I’m not sure if the email might have been missed.
Could someone please let me know what the usual delivery timeline is, or if I should follow up in another way?

The files can be downloaded immediately after the order is successful.
We don’t have any unread emails from customers. On which site did you submit your inquiry?
If you managed to purchase them from both stores, you can find them in your account.
In Gumroad, go to Library, and all the products you’ve purchased will be there.
If it’s from maitreyastore.com, go to the profile icon next to the search bar and log in with the email you used to place the order.

May i understand that the jpg files i received upon placing the order is the energy DM? also please guide me how to download myself. Is it possible to re send the DM to my registered email id.
