, interesting podcast. Well I do get out of sudden nudges in my right arm when I’m doing something else. Like a muscle twitch in my arm. I usually used this method to communicate, ask questions. But when i was doing something, I got sudden twitch and I never thought that my future self was communicating to me. Sometimes I did hear a voice follwed by twitch. But me being inexperienced or oblivious, never cared.
This podcast is really eye opening and nudges me to explore more, pay attention, give a shot and mostly trust myself first and develop high intuition and psychic abilities. Trust is the first key. Thank you @Maitreya
