I second this BTW. I listened to Ascension Archangel a few years ago, but I forget which specific audios. But I want all of his shit out of me ASAP. He is nothing but bad news if you know enough about him

What about him? I also listened some of his audios. I did some entity removal from him but felt nothing but bad vibes.

Youtube history search is holy grail for this. I just deleted archangel and also found out i listened to some of Warlock audios too. Deleting immediately. 
Archangle deletion sensation was something like subliminal.

I donāt think spiritual zen has any actual energy. It might just be frequencies

Itās going good and successfuly. But it takes time. I listened a lot of Wiz spells which I am removing.
Is QI that bad. What negative stuff do you get from that channel?
