A really cool field that turned out to be super helpful for me during deep self-work, when a ton of negative emotions, feelings, and sensations kept surfacing, and my mind was flooded with thoughts and overthinking…
It’s like that joke: “She couldn’t fall asleep, so she started counting sheep. Then she met the shepherd, and things just spiraled from there…”
This field gets rid of exactly that. It works on the conscious, unconscious, and subconscious levels, erasing any unpleasant feelings and memories that pop up.
I’ve had this field for almost 4 months now.
I actually realized how well it works completely by accident. I noticed that all my motivation, plans, and intentions from just last week were suddenly gone: everything had been fine, and then boom - nothing.
Then I remembered that this was the only field in my mandala manager folder, plus it was set as my laptop wallpaper, which created a constant clearing effect on my mental body. You feel great, relaxed, nothing bothers or worries you… but inside, there are zero thoughts. Nowhere to rush, nothing driving or motivating you. It’s as if your entire mental setup, all that old software, was completely wiped, but the new version hasn’t been installed yet. You even lose touch with your desires and sense of direction.
However, the field is amazing when you’re just starting to work on yourself and your head is full of mess, or when you’re working through certain aspects of yourself and things surface from your subconscious that you have to deal with - that’s where it shines.
Working with the field clears away chaotic thoughts and internal monologue. It becomes much easier to focus on tasks and make decisions faster.
Most anxiety is born right in the mental body as obsessive thoughts about the past or fears about the future. Dwelling on old grudges, mental rumination and constantly playing out negative scenarios drain huge amounts of energy. Cleansing wipes all of this out, brings your focus back to the present moment, and allows you to build a new mental framework.
When the mental field is cleared of patterns and rigid boundaries, it opens the door to insights and creative ideas. You stop automatically reacting to external triggers and start consciously choosing how to think, feel, and act.
By the way, another effect I noticed was a decrease in “information overload.” When everything inside is boiling over, your brain keeps jumping from one thing to another. Today you choose one thing, tomorrow another, and something else the day after. But when you clear out this inner chaos, your direction and next steps become clear.
I’d say an absence of chaos in thoughts, feelings, and emotions is the phrase that best describes the effect of this field. It also lowers background anxiety, which is largely fueled by unprocessed thoughts and images. Even emotions start to feel more distinct: instead of feeling like “everything is terrible” or “all is lost,” you clearly understand why you’re angry. If you’re even angry at all. As a bonus, it reduces your reaction to triggers, stripping away automatic responses.
I also noticed that I fell asleep really fast after using the field. There’s no overthinking or processing information before bed, your head is just clear and light.
