How manu times one has to listen the shorts videos?
I put them on loop and after 20-30 mins when there is much energy I stop them. Use your feeling. In one moments the body doesn’t want anymore.

Use it. I personally had very strong results from it.

@Maitreya, does the Energy Shield Activation fielded-short resemble any of the existing fields in the Protection category on the store? Specifically, could it already be included as a sub field within The Diamond of Aura, or is it a unique Energy Shield field that would be worth uploading to the store as a standalone item?
