How long time does it take for 1 DM to energetically clean clothes, for example, to clean one shelf or one bag of clothes?

One question more. May I use this DM to energetically clean not only clothes but other things, for example, books, etc. ? Will results of that cleaning remain permanently? How much time does it take?

It works automatically. You can activate the lavender scent if you want. Give it some time for energy to work on your clothes. At least a few hours.
