Understood. Everyday or whenever I need the emotion/feeling to be changed I have to command it. Easy and convenient.
Can someone help me on this, when I feel low, or change my emotion, i command this mandala. I did not see any noticable change yet. Am I missing anything here ?
Sometimes you need to find the root of this emotion. I recommend to work on one for a while. Sometimes the replacement also needs to be aligned.
I wanted to replace grief with calmness when I lost my dog. Grief was extreme and I couldn’t cope with that. It didn’t work. Then I’ve decided to replace grief with gratitude and I felt relief. I started to thank my dog for every memory, every year she gave me. It took some time.

I’ve noticed that I tend to cry quite a bit during emotional movies—especially when experiencing intense joy. I’m wondering if this field could help modulate that response, perhaps shifting the emotional intensity to something gentler, like a calm sense of happiness that doesn’t trigger tears.

Could this be extended to include conditional triggers—so the field activates in response to specific emotional contexts? For instance:
ACTIVATE Clear all feelings of intense joy that make me cry, and replace them with a warm, steady happiness.
This would allow for more nuanced emotional modulation, applying the field only when a certain emotional threshold or reaction is reached.
Is this kind of conditional phrasing supported? And if so, have others experimented with it successfully?

Yes. In this case I would do the same alchemy for a few days. The key is to choose the right replacement.
So, on one side, you get very emotional during movies, which makes me think this is how you allow yourself to express things. But when we talk about emptiness, this would mean you don’t allow yourself to feel things. When we bottle up we experience outburst in the last expected moment. Maybe instead of warm and steady, allow yourself to feel it deeply?
