I used to be a member of a spiritual group that helps out people with ghost and entity problems and the likes (for free!)
There’s this curious thing that they been saying about “not sending the entity to the light right away because they will be judged harshly by God as there are other options… because they have to be allowed to exercise their free will like us humans”
They say this is related to karma and the next life.
I’ve never been able to take a deeper dive into this belief of them, because i left for personal reasons.
They are witchcraft-aligned but uses christian prayers (psalms) and has buddhist mystical philosophies…
Also almost all of them are Reiki masters and tarot experts on top of all those other beliefs.

However, when you live in a heavy enviroment I would play it every day for a few days.
This is an old belief that dark should go back to the Abyss and light beings back to Light. It doesn’t matter where you send them. The Creator is everything. You send the being back to him. If you are a lightworker, then you use the power of light. Those who are made of duality and designed to keep the balance can send demons to the Abyss and souls to the Source, but those souls have been trained in that. And this is actually an act of mercy, sending a demon back to darkness.
Those who come from darkness will use dark magic, as this is in their core.
However, I strongly believe the Creator is the Ultimate Judge, so you don’t get any karma sending beings back to the Source. If the Creator decides to send demons back to the Abyss and continue their existence, it was their Divine Will.

I have a hunch that they based these specific set of belief from ceremonial magick.
That’s also why in their dogma, Archangels and the other angels with high rank acts like some sort of purity police but they have to respect the free will of humans so we should fix our own problems before they are called to interfere… No matter how worse the situation had gotten. (Like ancestral trauma and recurring tragedies occurring in one place for a millennia)
And all calls to God its always the angels who will answer and come down to help.
The group higher ups do talk to these entities, And these entities says that the angels punishes them very harshly. This is why the higher ups are letting them choose to repent and do some deeds to earn their place back in heaven as act of mercy… And i can really see in our higher up’s faces that they have pity for them…Because they believe that we humans have more in common with them than the heavenly beings who are already perfect.
So yeah, I agree it is very dualistic.
Now in my perspective, I was left wondering if these belief/visions of them is subjective to their group… Like a hive mind forming an egregore of a myth that’s always meeting/chasing them in every case… I don’t know if I’m making sense.
I’ll just lay it out like this.
We studied a lot of mythologies and creatures outside of our country and Christianity.
But in every case that we’ve encountered, It’s almost always Christian-based/local myth based somehow.
Why don’t we ever encounter a djinn? faeries? Greek gods? Thai ghosts or other southeast asian entities? Our country is a melting pot of different races and religions.
For some reason, It’s always those very heavy Christian-based cases.
