I want to buy a mandala but my card foreign transactions is disabled. I have a friend who has foreign transaction card and I want to transfer my money to him. But for who will the mandala work for? For the person who did transaction or me? It’s my money though… can’t I take help? Or should I go to bank and request enabling of foreign transaction.
