I want to buy a mandala but my card foreign transactions is disabled. I have a friend who has foreign transaction card and I want to transfer my money to him. But for who will the mandala work for? For the person who did transaction or me? It’s my money though… can’t I take help? Or should I go to bank and request enabling of foreign transaction. Your friend can pay for it, but he needs to make sure that he gives your email address so you can receive mandalas and be connected to them.
