Quoted from another forum:
This is not medical advice.
Christopher Palmer, a psychiatrist who teaches at Harvard, wrote a book ‘Brain Energy’. In that book, he sets forth a hypothesis and a good deal argument and evidence to back it up that most psychiatric illnesses are the result of Mitochondria dysregulation. In short, the mitochondria are not producing enough energy to activate the body’s innate repair systems; this was the case for most mental disorder, including depression and schizophrenia (I believe bipolar disorder was the only—or one of the very few—psychiatric disorders that he believed was due an excessive production of energy via mitochondria.) He witnessed a schizophrenic patient of his go into remission/without symptoms from a keto diet, which fit with his hypothesis. I encourage you to get this book (it’s in a lot of libraries.)
If I had been diagnosed with mental disorder, I would consider the fields that boost mitochondria. Others might have suggestions along those lines.
Good luck.
Cellular Breathing
And this Sounds like ADHD btw
This is not medical advice of course, but I will give you my two cents on this matter. When it comes to dealing with health issues (be it mental or physical), progress hardly ever comes in a straight line. Trial and error are a part of it and we stumble as we climb upward.
Earthkeeper and Sikras already gave you some very good advice. The symptoms you are describing could be caused by any number of things.
If it were mental, I would concur with Sikras that it could be ADHD, though chronic stress, anxiety or depression also could be possible. Having to choose, I would go with the mental blueprint. You could use both though and the fields are smart and would work together. Cellular health is also definitely worth targeting.
How did these symptoms come to be?
You could try this method.
To my understanding, mental issues are directly linked to nervous system disorder. Use Nervous system fields.
We need more information about your overall physical health and lifestyle. Are you under stress? How much water do you drink? Do you spend enough time outdoors? Do you eat enough healthy fats, or do you mostly eat junk food? What does your mind consume? Do you watch negative movies, listen to negative music, or spend time in a bad social environment?
And other similar “basic” things. The more we know about you, the more specifically we can recommend what might help you.
In my case, I had brain fog due to reduced energy in the spleen, gallbladder, and stomach.
Problems are healed at the level where they originated.
Moderate amount of water
Not always
I do eat.
Junk foods few times in a month
Mostly negative, hypervigilance(now it redused) , low confidence, low self worth, socially distant.
No, not at all.
@Maitreya my symptoms resembles that of mitochondria dysfunction.
• low energy,
• light headedness and even fainting after physical exertion.
• gut problems.
• nervous system dysregulation
• executive function difficulty
I have tried your “Activate chromosome (mitochondria ) v2 YT VERSION” and had some good moment (thoughts has no negative charge in it(usually when i think of it, it cause me tension and negativity ))
I would looking to buy "mitochondrial Perfection "
@Earthkeeper says regarding "brain energy " book, most mental illness are treatable via mitochondria.
I used Blueprint of health mental state
YT VERSION, it gives me serene mind. I would love to Buy it. Will it also covers mitochondria?
I had birth asphyxia, i cried bit later. Gemini says asphyxia definitely causes mitochondrial dysfunction.
But i would love to use Blueprint of health mental state.
