Week 2 — Remove a Hidden Block

This week’s journey is simple.

Set your intention: “Show me the hidden block that is holding me back right now, and help me release it.” You can make it even more specific by choosing a topic that needs to change.

Journey, let it be revealed to you, and allow it to be released and transformed.

Then share here:

  • What block was shown to you?
  • How was it released?
  • What feels different now?

 the stories that inspire you. Hearts decide the 10 community prizes. The Grand Prize, Neoshamanica™ Level 2 Practitioner, is chosen personally by Maitreya.

A new journey every Friday. :herb:

Week 2 — Releasing the Need for Immediate Results

“How many of us tell the Universe ‘I trust you,’ while secretly holding a stopwatch behind our backs? Guilt-free admission: I definitely was.”

When I sat down with this week’s intention—“Show me the hidden block that is holding me back right now”—I thought I had already mastered the art of letting go. But a quiet, sneaky truth emerged from the shadows: beneath my practice of trusting divine timing, a part of me was still tapping its foot, waiting for proof.

I realized that my urge to see immediate results wasn’t just impatience—it was an old protection mechanism. My body held onto the belief that seeing quick evidence was the only way to stay safe.

How it was released: Instead of fighting this anxious part of myself, I chose gentleness. I sank into a warm Epsom salt bath, let the steam rise around me, and gave myself permission to lay down the weight of control. As I soaked, I consciously chose to stop checking, stop waiting for signs, and simply be. I released the pressure of forcing life onto my personal timeline.

What feels different now:

  • Softening the grip: I am learning that surrender isn’t giving up—it’s releasing the need to dictate when things happen.

  • Nervous system peace: I feel a deep, quiet space open up inside, free from the exhaustion of constant reassurance.

  • Grounded trust: I choose to trust more, force less, and let my life unfold naturally at its own sacred pace.

  • I starting thanking everyone in my life.

Has anyone else caught themselves “surrendering” while secretly checking the clock? How do you gently bring yourself back to trusting the timeline? I’d love to hear your thoughts!

What a beautiful and profound journey this was!

I found myself in a luminous white city, its buildings constantly forming, shifting, and collapsing. I instantly knew I was looking at my own mind.

When I asked to be shown my hidden block, I was led to a dark street with a locked door in the ground. I asked for it to open, and it released an enormous flame.

My first instinct was to extinguish it, but I felt that wasn’t the answer. Instead, I called upon water to balance the fire, transforming it into a breathtaking aurora of light. I filled it with unconditional love.

I continued opening locks throughout the city, each releasing flames I recognized as anger I had been carrying.

Then came the final lock. I knew this one was different. An incredibly powerful black flame erupted, and I immediately recognized it as loneliness born from loss.

I asked for balance, and an equally powerful white flame emerged, intertwining with the black until they danced together in perfect harmony.

Suddenly, a magnificent forest grew throughout the city, the pitch-black sky turned a brilliant blue, and everything was flooded with unconditional love.

The relief was immense. I felt completely embraced by the love of the Creator, and that love flowed through me toward myself, everyone, and everything.

I realized I could acknowledge my pain without being defined by it. I am not alone. I am loved. And I can truly allow myself to receive that love.

And the most incredible part? When I returned, I couldn’t feel that old loneliness anymore. It was simply gone.

Perhaps healing isn’t about fighting our darkness, but accepting it with enough love that it transforms into something beautiful.

So deeply grateful for this journey!

What block was shown to me?

I saw myself as one of several hardworking miners trapped in a dark underground tunnel. I felt like a slave, unable to escape, struggling to breathe, and completely powerless. Everything felt hopeless.

This experience revealed a deep sense of being trapped in survival mode, held back by fear, powerlessness, and a lack of inner freedom. I also encountered a fear of uncertainty and the unknown, as well as the feeling of carrying thoughts, emotions, and projections that did not feel like my own.

How was it released?

I called upon God, the archangels, and the angels for healing, protection, and freedom. The scene shifted to the ocean, where I asked for help in releasing my fears and everything I had been carrying that no longer served me.

As I entered the dark depths of the ocean, I asked for light. I saw fish, sharks, and whales, and experienced powerful sensations of release, including two explosions and a deep roar. It felt as though something within me was finally letting go.

I then rose above the ocean and experienced myself as a being of light, filled with strength, peace, and freedom. I felt deeply connected to nature and experienced a profound sense of stillness and inner liberation.

What feels different now?

After living in survival mode for many years, I feel as though I can breathe life in more fully. I experience a greater sense of calm and patience, along with a renewed ability to see the bigger picture.

Most importantly, I feel that I am reconnecting with my own inner power. I want to live less from fear and survival and more from trust, inner strength, and the freedom to shape my own life.

I felt tired after the session, so I am giving myself time to rest and integrate the experience. I see this as the beginning of an ongoing journey toward greater freedom, self-trust, and a deeper connection with myself.

I am what I am, that’s how my higher self always speaks to me, and it briefs me through very strange dreams through the subconscious, I know that it’s practically a purgatory… It’s short and to the point, even my nervous system is massively synchronized through pinches or electrifications from the top of my head to my heels or the ends of my fingers… But something is missing, I am much more integrated and unified, I am no longer afraid at all, I am even in the state of observer but also of a person who lives now (avatar) but I am not afraid of death at all and I know that it is only a reunification, because I have passed too many times smiling and laughing towards… But still I am missing something from life… the inner sparkle, and I don’t mean intelligence, but the child who suffered extraordinary traumas, I have lived as much as others in 4 united lives, but it is not at all a privilege like for an egoist, but rather a continuous pressure and no matter how much I do it still hangs. Yes I miss those moments from childhood when the subconscious was massively altered by what I knew and remembered from the age of 3-4, dreaming about stars and dragons, which 40 years ago was not a question of the internet or PCs or mobile phones or AI.
Take care of yourself and don’t get lost in time.
