– Close your eyes. Bring your attention to your feet.
– Imagine your awareness slowly moving down, exiting through your soles.
– Begin to travel downward — layer by layer through the Earth’s crust, mantle, and deeper.
– Let yourself glide gently, supported, completely safe and protected.

With each layer, feel the energy intensify — denser, warmer, more alive.

:fire: 2. Reach the Core – The Heart of the Earth
– Eventually, you arrive at the core of the Earth — a radiant, molten, powerful space.
– Here you hear the sound of the Earth — a deep, ancient, pulsing vibration.
– Let it resonate through your whole being — like a drumbeat of life.

Now enter fully into the heart of the Earth. You are safe, welcomed, and deeply connected.

In the center of the Earth’s power, say inwardly or aloud:
“Mother Earth, align my body and energy to your frequency.”

Feel the Earth’s vibration tuning your cells, organs, and energy field — recalibrating everything to balance, clarity, and natural health.

:broom: 4. Release What No Longer Serves
Now ask the Earth:
“Please help me release what is no longer serving me.”

– Imagine all old patterns, emotional blocks, physical tension, or energetic heaviness leaving your body.
– See this dense energy move downward into the fire — where it is burned away in the heat of the Earth’s core.
– Feel yourself becoming lighter, clearer, more alive.

This is a powerful clearing. Stay with it as long as needed.

When you feel complete:
– Thank the Earth for her healing, support, and connection.
– Begin to slowly travel upward, retracing your path layer by layer.
– Feel yourself re-entering your body — grounded, balanced, renewed.

Gently move your fingers, stretch, breathe deeply… and return fully present.
