Sounds like the Helm is more of your cup of tea. Chameleon, in my opinion, seems much more people-focused.

This field has been one of my personal favorites to this day. It does cause some trouble for whoever is attacking you — though nothing too severe. Return to Sender is far more intense, especially when someone attacks with real force, because what comes back is made of their own energy, and it hits hard.
A few days ago I randomly felt like playing The Helm of Awe around my head in the evening while browsing the forum and watching a movie. Then I went to bed as usual. The next morning I had a meeting with a woman I know dabbles in magical practices — but since we were meeting for other reasons and I had never paid much attention to it, I let it go. She also doesn’t know that I know.
At the time we had a shared business matter, and she had apparently decided to perform some kind of ritual with the clear intention of taking things from me that weren’t hers to take.
What happened was that she suffered through the entire night — stomach pain, vomiting, and brutal diarrhea that barely cleared up by morning. When she arrived she looked absolutely terrible. I had no idea what had happened until she told me, and then everything clicked into place.
In 99% of cases this field will give your enemies a terrible night in the bathroom — so if you want to find out who they are or give them an evening to remember, feel free to test it. And then come back and share your story.
