So isn’t it better to use IR so that the beliefs will repeat continuously until I feel a change?
What’s good about IR is that I don’t have to repeat the beliefs, but it knows how to recognize what’s written in the file on its own (I hope I understood correctly)
About the IR command, could you please give me an example of a command that I can give to IR so that the field will handle everything that’s written in the ritual file?
One more thing… could you also recommend a field that will expand my ability to contain and absorb much more of the fields I have in the folder?
