Your soul cannot be trapped in any hell; hells are part of the mental plane, not the soul plane. A human’s entire experience unfolds within their soul and mind. When the soul is “sold,” what is actually being sold is the will—meaning entities can access you (as is currently happening) and use your energy, and they can dominate the four living creatures that make up your human psyche. Therefore, your first mistake is believing that your soul is located somewhere outside of you. What *can* go to hell is your mental body anchored to your astral body; the latter is capable of aging and suffering. There are only two ways to end up in the hells: by making pacts with beings from there—which creates infernal bonds—or by deeply believing that you deserve it. So, stop believing that you do not have a soul. The soul is your spatial axis, and the spirit is your energetic axis; together, they form the personal universe upon which the consciousness of God (the point of void) projects its attention, creating an individual identity.
You likely have pacts with those beings or your ancestors sold you.
That is the first thing you must resolve. As I said, the soul is not something a demon can simply seize and carry away; it is your personal universe, your own being. What can be lost is the key—your will—and that grants total access to whoever holds it.

Yes I assume I have a lot of demonic contracts that occurred during this attack I had. It gave me schizophrenia and I had no idea of what I was doing. That I was in danger. It’s like that part of the self wasn’t working. I have an entity that is inside the whole body. It feels the top of my head has been cemented. Before all of this I had autonomy and nothing was inside of my body and personal space. I could listen to music and feel different frequencies. Now everything is monotone and the entity and I are interfaced together. Aside from what was done to me that allowed this practitioner to attack me in the way he did. What happened was worse than any demonic movie you could imagine. He latched onto me energetically and all the soul and energy in my body was spinning like a vortex. He would take my clean energy and dump his rotten demonic energy into me. I had autonomy between me and the entity that merged me during schizophrenia which was just demonic warfare being treated as mental illness. That was removed during this brutal attack. So it’s not like I have ability to control any fields anymore. It’s like being completely bound. I feel like cattle. I’ll try what you have suggested though. I appreciate you taking the time.
So, do things that force it to leave and distract it. For example:
Place salt under your pillow and on a plate in the center of your bed (you can include garlic cloves on the plate). Energetically speaking, salt acts like a desert to demons; that is why, when placed at entryways, they often decide not to enter due to the strain it causes them on their plane—but in this case, the “desert” will be right on your bed.
Scatter a handful of mustard seeds on the floor. Curiously, mustard is frequently mentioned in the Bible; it is a seed of great power. It is said that if you scatter them on the floor while demons are present, they are compelled to count every single seed, one by one.
Play YouTube chants that recite the name of Yeshua while you sleep.
if you can get some Palo Santo wood, you could fashion a small cross to wear as a pendant, or a larger one to place behind your bed. ..
And there are many other things you can research. So, while you weaken its access to you using these tools, play “contract” fields and verbally revoke any contracts you might have; if you believe you know the name of the demon affecting you, break the contract with it specifically and also pray to the source of your existence for liberation and your free will. Believe me, demons aren’t the greatest threat if you achieve a strong spiritual state. Multidimensional entities (what we know as aliens) are far more dangerous and do not react to things like salt, garlic, crosses, palo santo.
