Self-Hypnosis Field [DM + Audio]

Self-Hypnosis Field

Go deeper. Feel more. Change faster.

Self-hypnosis works best when your mind is open, your body is relaxed and your inner experience feels real. The Self-Hypnosis Field is built to support all three, so every session takes you further than you could go on your own.

What the field does on its own (Passive Aspects)

  • Makes you more receptive. It increases your suggestibility while in trance, so your suggestions meet less resistance and take root more easily.

  • Makes your inner world vivid. It strengthens your ability to see, hear, feel, taste and smell the scenes and suggestions you create, so your visualisations feel less like imagining and more like experiencing.

  • Makes your suggestions stronger. It amplifies the power of every suggestion you give yourself during trance, helping your intentions reach the subconscious with real impact.

  • Keeps you aware in deep trance. The most common obstacle in self-hypnosis is drifting off to sleep. The field helps you go deep while staying conscious, so you remain present for your whole session.

  • Makes your suggestions last. It helps your suggestions keep working long after the session ends, in your everyday life. This includes post-hypnotic suggestions: responses you set in trance that activate later, in the exact situation you chose.

  • Makes every session easier than the last. Your body and mind learn the path into trance, so with each practice you go in faster and deeper.

  • Strengthens your anchors. Anchors you create in trance, such as a gesture or a word, become more powerful, so later they instantly bring back the state you linked to them, like calm or confidence.

  • Opens access to memories. It eases access to memories and inner images, supporting work with past experiences and regression.

  • Keeps you feeling safe. It holds a sense of calm and security throughout the session, especially if strong emotions come to the surface.

  • Helps you remember your experience. You can clearly recall what you saw and felt in trance, so you can reflect on it and integrate it afterwards.

What you control (Active Aspects)

Activation Phrase 1: Into Deep Trance

Say “Activate Deep Hypnosis”, or the equivalent phrase in your own language, to activate the field’s deep-trance function. A clear intention to activate it is sufficient; exact wording or pronunciation is not required.

The field draws you into a deep trance state. Your body is helped to let go of tension, so reaching deep trance becomes easy rather than effortful. Once you are there, the field supports open, clear communication with your subconscious mind for the whole session.

Activation Phrase 2: Full Return

Say “Return”, or the equivalent word in your own language, to activate the field’s return function. Your intention to return is sufficient; exact wording or pronunciation is not required.

This function is programmed specifically to bring you completely out of trance. You return fully awake, present and clear, with no lingering heaviness.

Ideal for anyone who uses self-hypnosis for habit change, confidence, healing work, manifestation or inner exploration and wants deeper trance and more powerful results.

Important: Please Read Before Use

This field is a powerful tool, and self-hypnosis with it is serious, responsible work. It is not a game. While in trance, your subconscious mind is wide open and your suggestions are amplified, which means whatever you place there can take hold deeply and may be very difficult, or even impossible, to remove later.

Choose every suggestion with care. Use only clear, positive suggestions that you have thought through in advance and that you truly want to live with long term. Never experiment carelessly, never use negative or vague wording, and never enter trance with suggestions you are unsure about.

Thanks for this field. What is the difference between this and Subconscious reprogrammer?

They are designed differently, and Self-Hypnosis can also be used while awake, with a clear intention and for specific purposes—for example, to support a Neoshamanica journey. It includes the activation of various centers in the mind, the expansion of abilities, and the other features outlined in the description.

Excellent. Today I bought both the Neoshamanica and this field. Love it. I have success with Subconscious Reprogrammer field. I will try with this field as well. Thanks a lot.

  1. If the DM is added to an MM/FM/FE folder and used only for its Passive Aspects, without intentionally engaging with its Active Aspects, would it function as an active booster-enhancer/resistance dissolver tool for all of your fields contained within that folder? At the same time, would the user also continuously receive all the benefits listed under the Passive Aspects throughout their daily life?

  2. Following the description of the Passive Aspects, could the reference to a “trance” state somehow also be understood and applied as producing an effect comparable to receiving stimuli through actively listening to or engaging with an audio file containing subliminal stimuli / brainwave-entrainment frequencies, or through having those same subliminal files emitted via the FE field? Would SH further enhance the results and effects produced by these example methods?

I designed this field for intentional, hands-on use in your own practice, rather than as an automatic booster.

You can consciously incorporate other fields into a session while working with Self-Hypnosis. However, simply placing them together in an MM/FM/FE folder does not automatically enhance or integrate their effects.

“Passive Aspects” means those functions support your practice without requiring separate activation—not that the field continuously boosts everything around it.

You can work with it while awake or activate the deep-trance function, depending on your intention. The key is your conscious participation.

Thank you so very much for this! I do practice self hypnosis so now this is definitely on my list. I have just a few questions myself.

  1. Does the Activate Deep Hypnosis command mean we can skip induction altogether?

  2. Will it boost an audio if we record our suggestions in an mp3 or find a recording that we like?

  3. Do you have any suggestions you may recommend that work well to induce Astral Projection or Lucid Dreaming?

Thanks again! This is really awesome!

  1. That’s what the activation is for—to help you enter trance without having to go through a full induction each time. Give yourself a little time to settle in, and if you enjoy your usual induction, you can absolutely keep using it.

  2. Yes, you can use your own recorded suggestions or a recording you like while working with the field. Just make it part of your session intentionally. It isn’t an automatic audio booster that you leave running in the background.

  3. For lucid dreaming, the best method I’ve found is intention. The stronger your desire before falling asleep, the better the results. It also helps to have a clear, meaningful purpose—not just “I want to become lucid in my dream for fun.” That’s possible too, but in my experience, it doesn’t work well for beginners. While the mind is still learning this skill, it needs a stronger motivation than that.

Dear Mai, can we use this field to read out affirmations so that it can be impressed quickly? Sometimes I do not do visualization.

Yes, you can. But when you use it, do not watch other stuff.

Yes I read out the affirmations from my document. Also how many times a day and how many days do I need to do to impress it?
