Rhodiola Blueprint [DM + Audio]

Rhodiola Blueprint

Rhodiola is an energetically programmed field created from the energetic blueprint of Rhodiola rosea, a plant traditionally associated with resilience, adaptation to stress, mental endurance, and the ability to remain functional under pressure.

This field is designed to support the system during periods of prolonged stress, mental overload, emotional pressure, fatigue, or demanding workloads — especially when the person feels that their inner resources are being consumed faster than they can recover.

Rather than simply promoting relaxation, Rhodiola is traditionally associated with adaptation: helping the system respond to stress in a more stable, efficient, and resilient way.

The field is intended to support:

  • greater resilience during stressful periods

  • steadier mental and emotional endurance

  • reduced sense of being overwhelmed by pressure

  • better adaptation to demanding situations

  • support for mental clarity and focus during fatigue

  • more stable energy throughout the day

  • recovery from prolonged periods of overwork or stress

  • a stronger internal sense of capacity and stamina

The purpose of the field is to help the person remain clear, capable, and internally stable under pressure, without feeling that every difficult period completely drains their reserves.

btw Gumroad code for discount is still active

Would you say this might be more effective than the Mental Body Detox for dealing with lots of stress? I’m sure they’re both excellent, but I’ve absolutely overspent my fields budge this month, lol.

I have used both and they are very strong. I went through a very stressful period when I could barely tell when I was sleeping or resting, or even what time of day it was. Everything just felt like constant stress.

At that time, I was taking Rhodiola, and it helped me sleep and recover much better. My overall state improved quite a lot, which is why I decided to create it as an energetic field as well.

So if someone feels like they simply cannot switch off or properly rest, Rhodiola is something I would personally recommend.

This sounds so good, although the actual rhodiola, along with a bunch of adaptogens, has not been recommended for me because I’ve got an autoimmune disease. I guess the energetic blueprint carries no risk, though? My immune system is already pretty fired up. :']

Then better don’t take it, because the blueprint should mimic the effects.

Which one?

Dag nabbit. ;;

The only one diagnosed is Hashimoto’s. Also have seborrhea dermatitis, I just remembered, and definitely something off with my gut for years that hasn’t gotten a diagnosis yet. Might be Sibo. I’ve definitely been trying to eliminate trigger foods and listen to rife tones to get shit back into alignment. But there’s a high chance it’s chronic stress-based. Gotta love when folks tell you, when you’re young, ‘what do YOU have to stress out about??’ Getting Hashi’s as a child seems kind of like a red flag, looking back.

Autoimmune diseases are aggression directed at oneself.

I would strongly recommend the Emotional Replacer mandala to you.

You could replace aggression, anger, irritation, hatred, and anxiety, for example, with unconditional self-love

I think this would subtly affect your overall condition

Oh, shit. I forgot that field existed. I’ve been trying to brute force self-love onto myself, but maybe replacing the bad with the good IS the ticket, like you suggested. Sometimes I feel like I just need someone to scan me and then write me up a list of must-haves, lol.

According to German New Medicine (GNM), Hashimoto’s / hypothyroidism is most often associated with a conflict involving powerlessness and the inability to act:

“I urgently need to do something, but my hands are tied.”
“I cannot influence the situation.”
“Something needs to change, but I cannot change it.”

In the GNM model, this is linked more specifically to the thyroid ducts. When a person repeatedly returns to the same unresolved conflict, GNM may interpret Hashimoto’s as a kind of recurring or “hanging” healing phase — the person temporarily comes out of the conflict, then falls back into the same state of helplessness again.

There is also another thyroid-related theme in GNM:

“I am not fast enough.”
For example:
“I cannot get what I need quickly enough.”
or
“I cannot get rid of something / finish something quickly enough.”

That theme is more often associated in GNM with the glandular part of the thyroid and increased thyroid activity.

So if we are talking specifically about Hashimoto’s according to GNM, the main emotional pattern to look for would be something like:

“I have no control. I know something has to be done, but I cannot do it.”

This may relate to a prolonged situation involving work, relationships, family, money, dependence on another person’s decision, waiting for someone else to act, or feeling trapped in circumstances you cannot change.

This reflects most of my life, tbh, including my current reality, to an extent. Feeling trapped. Thanks for sharing your knowledge!
