New Exercise Added: 🌌 Transforming the Natal Chart

:milky_way: Astro-Mystic Journey: Transforming the Natal Chart
:cyclone: “Turning Shadows into Starborn Power”

:small_blue_diamond: Intention:
To connect with the energies of your birth chart and transmute any negative or limiting influences into conscious strength, wisdom, and balance.

:small_blue_diamond: Preparation (5–10 min):

– Sit quietly and close your eyes.
– Place your awareness in your heart and crown.
– Say inwardly:

:backhand_index_pointing_right: “I am ready to connect with the archetypal wisdom within my natal chart and to heal what is ready to rise.”

Release all expectations. Let symbols, images, and sensations arise naturally.

:small_blue_diamond: Enter the Journey:

Visualize a starry sky above you.
In its center glows a circular mandala — your natal chart.
The zodiac signs sparkle around the edge, and the planets move within it like living beings.

Now set your inner command:

:speaking_head: “Let me be shown where in my chart a challenging aspect exists. Let it appear in green.”

:small_blue_diamond: Recognition and Connection:

Notice which sign or house glows green.
Enter this area — it may appear as a landscape, a room, a city, or an energetic field.

Ask:

:backhand_index_pointing_right: “What energy lives here, and what is its higher expression?”
:backhand_index_pointing_right: “What does this planet want me to understand about itself?”

:small_blue_diamond: Transformation:

Invite the higher expression of the planetary aspect to appear:

– If it’s Mars, you may see a Peaceful Warrior
– If Saturn, a Wise Architect of Time and Order
– If the Moon, a Great Mother bringing deep emotional healing

Let this being offer you a symbol, a touch, or a message.

You may receive:
– A flame that purifies
– A key that unlocks a frozen door
– A bridge connecting two worlds

Let this energy flow through the aspect, rewriting the connections between planets with clarity and light.

:small_blue_diamond: Declare the Shift:

When you feel the shift complete, say inwardly:

:backhand_index_pointing_right: “I am in harmony with my star-born nature. I transform limitation into wisdom. The Universe lives through me — conscious, free, and creative.”

:small_blue_diamond: Return:

– Take a deep breath.
– Feel your feet on the ground.
– Gently open your eyes.

:small_blue_diamond: Reflect & Journal:

:writing_hand: Which part of your natal chart did you see activated?
:writing_hand: What did you learn about this aspect?
:writing_hand: How did the transformation unfold?
:writing_hand: What real-life shift will you now embody?

:scroll: Soul Declaration:
:backhand_index_pointing_right: “Every planet within me serves my higher destiny. Even challenges are keys to my power.”

@Maitreya
I just completed my Natal Chart Transformation, and it was an incredibly fascinating experience! Before the session, I had little knowledge of what a Natal Chart really entailed. To prepare myself, I briefly looked up a generic chart online to get a basic idea of its components.

During the session, I followed the steps provided, and I noticed a specific position at 1 PM change to green. This was completely new to me, and I felt intrigued. As I continued, I had a vivid vision of a giant gate in the sky, which was secured by a combination lock. Surprisingly, I felt an intuitive nudge that I knew the password to unlock it. I confidently entered the number 3982, and to my amazement, the gate swung open.

As I walked through the gate, I experienced a profound sense of freedom and carefreeness. It was as if a weight had been lifted, and I was enveloped in a feeling of liberation.

After the session concluded, I checked my Natal Chart and discovered that the sector associated with my experience was Uranus. This added another layer of intrigue to the entire process.

Overall, it was a truly enlightening experience

Well done! This journey sounds really well done.

It’s also wonderful when planets like Uranus to be in the right position and not causing problems.

I’m so happy for you! I have amazing students.

Is this only a mental exercise/ meditation? Does it not require any audios or DMs?

Yes, there is no DM for the this, but the exercise is very strong!

Interesting. I don’t have a lot of confidence in my ability to visualize and sense the energies but I’ll do my best.

I had a Vedic astrology reading today which basically told me that everything bad that has been happening in my life will continue and the things that are going well right now, will start to fall apart next year

So, loading up on everything Astrology by Maitreya :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

Hmm, first of all, good astrologers usually don’t speak like that. On the other hand, if someone truly has difficult astrological aspects, some astrologers will tell them directly—but whether that makes them a good astrologer is a different question.

I once had a friend whose astrologer told her that she would get divorced within a year. She spent that entire year terrified and anxious. She was constantly worrying about it. In the end, she never got divorced.

So be careful with predictions.

Work on your natal chart and practice timeline shifting.

If someone genuinely has difficult aspects or heavy karma, they can lessen their influence through prayer and by cultivating virtues. Serving others—whether people or animals—can also help. You could even volunteer for a charity a few hours a week. Fasting can also help with “burning off karma,” if you believe you have karma and that’s how you perceive it.

On our YouTube channel, we have Remedies for every planet. You can also look into those, and work with that exercise together with Neoshamanica. Don’t accept negative predictions as something inevitable. Instead, do everything you can to change your state and your direction.

One more important thing about the planets: they tend to create challenges when we haven’t yet developed the qualities they are trying to teach us.

For example, someone may experience difficulties related to Saturn if they lack discipline, treat others poorly, live in a fantasy (“delulu”) mindset, don’t keep their word, aren’t reliable, or if they lie, cheat, or steal.

Mars may attract an aggressive partner, fights, accidents, conflicts, physical violence, or abuse—but that’s usually when we allow its energy to become uncontrolled. When expressed at its higher level, however, Mars helps us break through in life, build great things, endure major challenges, and overcome them.

So for every planet that you’ve been told is in a difficult aspect, study what qualities it expects you to develop and start living according to them. That’s one of the best ways to reduce its negative influence.

You don’t need to believe or disbelieve it. If you can see it clearly in your mind, it’s done. Keep watching it until you’re completely satisfied with the result in your mind. Then, imprint that final version and end the session only when you feel fully satisfied.

Yes, I hear you. Thank you for the reassurance.

The astrologer said somethings that were right, like I always get issues at work, get blamed unfairly and said people see me as bossy due to having Sun in the second house. Then my Mars opposes Saturn so I always attract enemies. I was hoping for a prediction of finding employment soon sue do being out of work for a very long time, and the prediction was that I would continue to struggle not only with work but also with Finances. That was discouraging and I asked if there were any remedies.

Despite my financial difficulties, I am happy in my relationship, which I hadn’t been lucky with most of my life. Then he said because I have Venus and Jupiter conjunct Rahu, next year my relationship would start to fall apart. I had told him from the start that I only wanted to look into Career and Finances precisely because there is only so much bad news I can handle in one sitting, so that made me very sad. I’ve had so many bouts of bad luck over the course of my life…

I did make a playlist will all your planetary remedies. In Western astrology transits, my Natal Sun is conjunct transiting Pluto now and transiting Saturn is squaring my Natal Venus. So, I also just purchased Astrological Wealth Buff and the Stellar Luck fields.

Saturn remedies:

  • Keep your promises and be punctual.
  • Create a consistent routine and don’t break it without a good reason.
  • Finish what you start, especially unpleasant tasks you tend to postpone.
  • Work patiently without expecting instant results.
  • Don’t lie, cheat, or use other people.
  • Pay your debts, bills, salaries, and other obligations on time.
  • Accept the consequences of your decisions instead of blaming others.
  • Maintain order and let go of unnecessary things.

For Mars, you can plant a large red rose and take care of it. This can redirect the it’s energy into the rose and into the attention and energy you give it.

Doing charity work would also be beneficial. If you have these kinds of aspects, it may mean that you’ve had some issues with your beliefs or attitudes around money. You don’t need to donate large amounts. Even if you only have $20 to spare this month, find someone who genuinely needs help and give it to them (hungry people, animals, etc). This could help you a lot.

Thanks! Was just listening to the Saturn remedy audio because it’s one of the planets in my 8th house and I thought that’s where most of my troubles are coming from. I saw an archer shooting an arrow in the stars

I have tried this last night. At first, it was tricky to visualize anything, the starry sky, the birth chart mandala…

I have mine memorized as I’ve been trying to debug myself for a while, and the only thing that faintly caught my attention was the MC-IC axis. I decided to go with it, then the story unfolded: I have Moon and Pluto conjunct the MC and Chiron in Aries in the 4th house near the IC.

The emotions that emerged were related to not being a “wanted child” and carrying that wound at home all my life. I didn’t feel safe or loved by my mother and experiencing physical, emotional abuse growing up, as well as neglect when I was a newborn as my mother suffered from post-partum depression.

I realized that most of my problems in life where linked to that wound and it run deeper than I ever noticed. When a child doesn’t feel welcome coming into this world, how would they ever feel any different entering any new experience in their live? A new job, a new circle of people, a new relationship… in the back my mind the expectation was always something like, “they are being nice right now, but just wait until they get to know me a bit better, then they will reject me”. So, that becomes the self-fulfilling prophecy.

I still don’t know how to fill the void of not feeling loved and protected by a mother, but I know that realizing the problem and then stop abandoning myself is a good start.

Also, I am not angry or resentful at my mother and understand she was dealing with her own baggage and inadequacies. Blaming her would not be compassionate, which he deserves, just as I wish my son would be compassionate with my mistakes as his mother. But still, it doesn’t mean the damage wasn’t done and I need to work on healing the wound now.
