So I just bought the “Destroy false fields” audio + DM. I was wondering how is the audio supposed to be used ? Do I listen to it once per day? Or is it better to listen to it more?

Also, what can I do to maximise the results of this field? For some context, Im curently trying to get rid of subliminal effects + other stuff that I listened to a while ago. I’m looking for a total reset
