Lung Expansion [Experimental] DM + Audio

 Lung Expansion [Experimental]

This energetically programmed field is designed to naturally expand and strengthen the lungs, supporting deeper breathing, greater vitality, and overall well-being. By enhancing lung capacity and oxygen flow, it helps the body perform at its best while also encouraging calmness and balance within the mind.

:sparkles: Benefits:

:lungs: Increased lung capacity – the lungs expand more and can take in a greater volume of air.

:dashing_away: Better elasticity of the lungs and diaphragm – regular breathing exercises “train” the muscles involved in respiration.

 More efficient gas exchange – the body absorbs more oxygen and releases carbon dioxide more easily.

:person_swimming: Greater endurance – athletes such as swimmers develop exceptionally strong lungs, allowing them to hold their breath longer and sustain higher energy levels.

:person_in_lotus_position: Nervous system regulation – deep, controlled breathing activates the parasympathetic nervous system → bringing a sense of calm and balance.

No difference, same fields. You can use long one for breathing meditation

Great. Will do that. Thanks a lot.

should I add this program in my folder with Mandal Manager and field emitter or it doesn’t necessary ?

We recommend playing the audio and keep the mandala in your MMV2 for the fastest results

I have been using this field from past months. Here are the noticeable results.

  1. When I do breath work everyday slowly I am able to hold it for 2 minutes now. Previously I am not able to hold that long.
  2. When I am in an environment with people who have cold and cough. I get few sneezes in the row and not affected by it at all.
  3. The free flow of my slow breathing pattern. Previously I used to shallow breath.

This a must field for any one who is going through the spiritual transformation.

Thanks,

Wendy.

I can confirm all the benefits for meditation. Loooooong breaths and boy, does that make me go deep!

The effects on cardio are also tremendous. I used to have to stop because I was too tired, now I am having a hard time finding my limit.

Overall I feel healthier and very “awake”. Positive effects on qi compression and energy work as well. I’ve only had it on a month or so, so perhaps it hasn’t reached it’s potential yet. Very exciting!

I recently found out an „Exercise" which is more about breathing.

I noticed that when I started breathing heavily in a particular Angle and if I did a good workout where my body warmed up well, then I could open up my whole Ribcage.

And in normal everyday life I never noticed how tight it is. So extremely tight!!

The muscles feel stuck like glue.

Every Gym should have this

There are 2 positions.

First position:

Bend down and place hands on the metal feet of the equipment . Straighten your arms so your body is parallel to the ground.

Now start breathing in as deeply and strongly as possible.

You will notice pain below the ribcage and in the middle part of the ribcage.

Do 10 reps.

It can be really painful if your chest is tight.

Second Position:

You place yourself in the exact angle that the equipment itself has(here 45 degrees) . Use your arms to hold some of the weight. Now start breathing deeply and strongly again.

Do 10 reps.

You will feel this more towards the upper part of the ribcage.

Play this field alongside for even better benefits

Here is what I also experienced:

I finished up a last rep of breathing in the lower position. Then when the last breath came I took it in, held it and stood upright again.

I focused on my chest and made a widening motion with my diaphragm, so I tried to expand my ribcage outwards even more, while holding that breath in.

And then no kidding!

I got high. Super high.

Felt like I had a seizure. I sat down and my mind went blank but I could still see. It took about 8 seconds to regain consciousness. It was crazy:joy:

Hey @Maitreya would you be able to upload that on youtube? Would be very nice
