I have a few days off and looking to read a bit. If you have suggestions for a good sci-fi that is less horror please let me know. Hoping to read some from authors from Eastern Europe, Germany, Japan, China, Israel.

I love all the books of Ilona Andrews, who is actually a husband and wife duo. It’s more like urban fantasy mainly but they got some sci-fi. Another author I recently discovered is Nalini Singh and her Psy-Changeling series. Already swallowed 4 books
