Yes, maybe is good to start slowly with one listening per day at the beginning and see how you feel.

Has anyone here actually awakened Kundalini and gotten it through all 7 Main Chakras? Would be interesting to know.
My Kundalini only went to the Solar Plexus and then stopped. Was in last July.
Donāt force it as it can mess up with your system. I had a so-called spontaneous Kundalini awakening ages ago when I was a Catholic and during prayer. I freaked out. I quickly blocked my third eye out of panic.
When you work with chakras and unblock them, it will move up at the right pace. Some people prefer to do it with someone they trust. My proper awakening was with my ex Twin Flame. I consciously used the energy flow to remove all residues. I heard it is different for men and women. Women can use sexual energy for that, while men I think do better when they do semen retention, but not sure as I donāt know a single guy who managed to awake his kundalini, so gentlemen, please share your views.

Well I did start Semen Retention last year in march.
I had never heard of Kundalini before but one day I came across that topic and then just watched some videos and read articles about it.
The mere fact that I now knew of this hidden Energy was probably enough to awaken it.
Just 2 nights after I learned about Kundalini this happened:
I played some simple meditation/sleep audio that went like 3 hours. I fell asleep and 3 hours later woke up.
After waking up it started.
HUUUUGE SURGE of electrical Energy started going up my spine. It penetrated my first Chakra and then my whole body spasmd. It felt good thoughš
It went on to the Sacral Chakra and also pierced right through it. After that the Solar Plexus and pierced through it aswell.
The Energy then started circling around the solar plexus and after 2 Minutes disappeared.
I wrote down the date which was 4th of July 2024.
I felt the same Energy 2 weeks later and it felt like it wanted to go up but just couldnāt do it and it then vanished aswell.
Havenāt experienced it since then.
From what I have read it could be dangerous and has also caused some issues for people.
I feel fine though 
I think only a woman will be able to unblock my heart Chakra.
So my Kundalini is awake but right now itās sleeping at Solar Plexus and just chillin there waiting for the heart to be unblocked.
Why? Love comes from the inside. Seeking love from outside is giving power to others.
How can you love others fully if you canāt love yourself first? And I am not saying in a selfish way. See, sometimes it can block people to come to your life if you donāt love yourself. It will only bring women who will confirm your belief that you need a woman to feel loved (lack of self-love and needing validation). So they will do the opposite. While when you radiates love (and this is an art, itās not easy at all to tap into it) you magnetise people instead of repelling them.
You donāt need to be perfect to be loved. You need to believe that you honestly deserve to be loved, and this is created by loving and cherishing yourself first.
I get what you are saying.
Loving oneself is important and giving it away diminishes my power.
But right now I could never think of building up that much love energy for myself as I could for a woman.
It is weird 
maybe because Iām a man it might be different for us.
Iām proud of myself for what Iām doing. Conquering my lust and my desires, going through training and building my body, taking care of my health. But I donāt feel that deep love for myself and I wouldnāt know how.
When Iām looking in the mirror I just feel proud. I encourage myself and compliment myself on my accomplishments.
Not a man, so wouldnāt know directly. Still, beyond form and aesthetic; appreciating the body and thanking the body really helps, each cell, each organ, each part acting flawlessly in unison to support and action your desires in the material. Its a beautiful symphony that we donāt pay attention to when everything is in harmony.
