You need to have a clear head during this, because it will loop everything that you do and think. You can repeat as much as you want, but divide this into sections first.
Take a small affirmations or intentionand ask it to repeat it. Say this to the mandala few times a day. Do this 2 to 3 days.. you will get it. It works.
I have been experiencing the joys of using this field recently. I feel like I am practicing martial arts on easy mode. Progress has skyrocketed. Months worth of progress in a single week.
I was wondering if I could use the field like this:

Sure, it’s pretty much exactly how it’s been described in this thread. I make sure that I have it on me, of that I am listening to the audio, or that I have it activated through manager. Then I ask it to activate and what to repeat e.g. “Activate - IR repeat these movements). I then perform the technique that I am working on, going very slow to make sure that it is a good rep. And then I say “IR that is all for now”. I find it very important when working with DMs that my intention is there, not just words, but it may be just me.

Alternatively, you can try to add some positive thoughts during the practice instead of fighting with them. Something that boosts your confidence in what you’re doing or maybe “This is so fun, so easy for me to do it”

I would imagine that would be fine. I have done affirmations with this without saying the out loud and it worked.
