What is one belief you’ve inherited from your family that no longer feels true for you?
-
When you think about your ancestors, what emotions come up—and do you feel more connected or burdened by their legacy?

If you could give one healing message to your lineage, past and future, what would it be?
Being super-saving savvy is a virtue - NO
Being poor is modest and noble - NO
The only way to be honest and ethical is not desiring money beyond necessities.
You can’t be spiritual if you desire money.
The only way to keep the peace is negating yourself.
For a long time, I felt really out of place in the world. I felt like I couldn’t connect deeply with anyone, as if I were an alien walking around here, unable to belong or form a group with others.
When I started working with my ancestors — to remove some things within me that came from them, but also to connect better, to acknowledge them, to speak with them — some of them blessed me, others shared knowledge with me, and others activated certain qualities they had within me.
Little by little, over the course of about two years, I experienced healing within myself and gained an enormous resource of strength and power. I stopped feeling my ancestors as a burden and began to feel them as a source of connection, of roots, of power. That heavy feeling disappeared, and many of my emotional struggles were resolved.
Now I feel very stable and centered. I used to think that this sense of centeredness was masculine energy, but it’s not — it’s the strength of the lineage, the energy of the Earth.
I realized that having only a cosmic or spiritual connection isn’t enough. The connection I built with my ancestors felt like it created very strong roots, and that also influenced my spiritual practice — my energetic fields became stronger, I manage energy more easily, and things happen more quickly.
I’m planning, when I have time, to create a mini-course or a few energetic fields to share the techniques I applied to myself, so others can also experience this healing.
I used to spend a lot of time clearing the “negative beliefs” from my ancestral line — around money, health, love, and childbirth. Now, after doing that, I feel like all the best qualities from my lineage have been activated within me.
Very interesting for sure, seeing some similarities and looking forward to work my way up to my ancestors ![]()
I feel the same way. I’ve felt different from everyone else my whole life. I keep meeting people who have a different perspective on the world, different goals, different preferences. It’s something like
I’m quiet, shy, so I meet talkative and confident people.
I’m lonely, so I meet people who are in relationships.
I like calm, nice and warm women, so I meet people who like cold and dominant women.
I like Renault cars, so I meet people who like Volkswagen cars.
I like spending time alone, at home, so I meet people who hate being alone and sitting at home.
By the way, when I was a child, at school I was called an alien for a while. It hurt a lot. It definitely wasn’t about my appearance. It was more than that. I still don’t understand what it was. I wonder why it is like that. Do you know from your own experience?
What I’ve discovered is that when a person is energetically disconnected from their family lineage or their country—for whatever reason (and there can be many)—they lack the grounding that usually provides a sense of security, trust, protection, and connection with others. This disconnection can happen if the person has cut themselves off, or if their parents have done so—for example, if the mother was frightened and unsure about continuing the pregnancy. There are many other possible reasons as well.
To restore this connection, one needs to meditate in this direction and reach a state where they are at peace with their family and with the place they live. This creates that sense of grounding, and as a result, relationships with others also begin to heal.
You can use this field with intention and play audio.
Very soon I will start working on this. I’ve already given a graphic designer the task to create some family tree cards for you to use, so it will be easier and more interactive for you ![]()

Like the ancestral healing deck? ![]()
That’s a very good idea, but no – the map is large – A4 size with very interesting content, but I won’t say more for now and spoil the surprise, haha.
