I AM writing to you because I wanted to apologize, to YOU.

its been a couple of years since I contact you/your staff on the forum. Tonight I found out that My former email/Handle,that I’d been banned: For not listening to staff.

I never even 'spoke"( wrote) to staff and there never was an argument. I said how dissappointed I was in my experiences & how let down I was from all of this after having spent hundreds of dollars in your direction, ONLY to come on the other end flat and just as no where I was before.

I just wanted to apologize, to you and wish you all the best. Keith.

A few months ago, we had an issue where several accounts were deleted by the system, including those of some of our long-time members, such as @Bre 19 . We’d be very happy to have you join the community again.

@Maitreya So the system automatically deleted a lot of accounts?.

That’s good to know; I thought Maitreya didn’t like me anymore, hahaha :sweat_smile::sweat_smile::sweat_smile:

What I don’t like is that the system treats me like a new user—like a baby— jajaja :laughing::laughing::laughing:but that’s okay.

Lol, we deleted accounts in the past on request (from there are all anon profiles). After that we put a rule and now accounts are not deleted by admins, even if someone wants to. :grinning_face:

We have deleted some badges and plugins like the old Patreon one from the system, and maybe then this happened.
