Are we able to use multiple of these golden timeline mandalas, or are we limited by only one timeline at a time?

You can use all of them at the same time and fields synergetically detect that one Golden Timeline who is aligned with health, wealth, soulmate etc
When you use one of the series, it would work on that specific aspect of your life.

I’ve been using these golden timeline fields for about 3 weeks now, I’ve always eaten healthy most of the time but with the weekly “cheat meal” where I can splurge on anything I want like junk food. There’s some benefits to doing that once a week such as resetting leptin hormones (to boost metabolism), an extreme way to do things but effective.

However, right away I started to notice that I feel more inclined to eat completely healthy, maybe not 100% but as close as possible to it. I went on vacation and I mostly ate at healthy restaurants because I was craving healthy food, usually on vacations I give myself permission to splurge a little bit, but I just didn’t feel like it. And just yesterday, I had my cheat meal and it just wasn’t appetizing anymore, in fact, it made me feel a little sick. It may have been from not having a cheat meal in almost 6 months, I was able to taste the chemicals in the food, I couldn’t believe this was what I was feeding my body this entire time. Then later I ate some organic free-range eggs with some vegetables and started to feel much better, as if it canceled out the junk food from earlier. Not just that, but the healthy food gave me a nice little dopamine hit, not as extreme as junk food, but something at a more sustainable level along the lines of having lots of energy and good mood during the day, and sleeping better at night, etc.

This is working quite well for me. I am listening to my body. Previously, I wouldn’t listen and push through things wilfully often resulting in injury. I have become softer on myself. Instead of fighting foolishly, I am adapting intelligently. I am incorporating Vinyasa, EFT and Pranayama which I would ignore previously because it seemed “soft” to me. I am sleeping better too. Overall I am listening more to my body, and introducing changes as needed. It feels like having a personal trainer. For now, all changes are positive and in a good direction :cherry_blossom:
I have a feeling that listening to my body is also going to contribute in me becoming a better listener and communicator.

That was me, too. I noticed that like @Matt_Sparrow I have less bad food cravings. Women know how PMS can change you into food pig, lol. I ate some chocolate but noticed it didn’t taste so good, so I baked protein cakes. I don’t remember when was the last time when I ordered takeaway. Also, I changed my trainings.

Another thing I noticed, I had a few heavy downloads recently. They were much more powerful than ever. I slept two days in a row, but my recovery is faster. I know my limits are expanding, but it seems like GT orchestrated the synergy of fields. I felt like they worked more harmoniously.

Were there any particular fields that proved helpful to you in this matter?

I use Mutand Soldier and Geralttt to be able to handle more energy. It works like magic. But apart from that, I do have the Blueprint and Ojas.
