He is very knowledgeable. I read several of his books and my favorite is “Everything You Wanted to Know But Were Never Told”. For some reason, I couldn’t buy it in the States, but I was able to find a free copy of it on the net in a PDF version and I can send it to you if you’d like. It’s an amazing book - a wealth of knowledge! Here is a good video by him also, a longer version of the one you posted before in the Bardo - Liberation from Samsara [DM+Audio] discussion.
As related to this field, it really helped me personally. I listened to the YouTube video and then purchased the upgraded mandala and I interact with it frequently, especially on those days when I feel more attacked. It brought a great boost to my Protection arsenal

I was using these mandalas and tonight I had a sleep paralysis in which I saw an extremely compressive, dark and heavy cloud that was trying to enter me via the sacral area but around me in my dream somone yelled MAITREYA FIELDS SPIRITUAL WARFARE and then I screamed and woke up abruptly.

For some people, eating meat can intensify aggression and negative emotions, and it can also introduce energies that they may not be able to fully process or digest.
There is nobility and karma associated with animals. Some animals carry less karmic weight when consumed by humans, while others carry more. This does not necessarily mean that something bad will happen to a person as a result. Rather, the higher and more intelligent the being is, the greater the responsibility a person takes on by consuming it. This means that they will be given great things to accomplish, which usually come with difficulties and challenges.
By eating such an animal, a person accepts a certain obligation toward it and, in a sense, places much greater demands on their own character and on what they are expected to accomplish in this life, because that animal has sacrificed its life for them.

Let‘s just say I found out that I carry a demon inside me.
Yesterday it showed itself. And guess what what, I ate a lot of beef ribs yesterday.
Today my back is once again hurt. Hurt pretty bad!
I‘m stopping meat for a while and see what happens…
And my calling is shining through lol…I guess I‘m meant to do some things
