Right, so my experience with this one was pretty intense.
I played audio before sleep with the intention to meditate on that and then sleep. I was already super exhausted.

I didn’t expect this be so powerful. I started to experience pain my chest, I couldn’t understand why, and then I started to have visions (Neoshamanica kicks in now even when I work with fields). I don’t like spiders and I saw one huge surrounding my heart. Blocking. It triggered fear and panic. I saw them more hidden in my body. I started to remove them one by one. Then they flooded me. Like a wave of spiders. :face_with_spiral_eyes: I’ve seen so many ugly demons and I didn’t flinch but spiders :persevering_face: I had to learn to stay calm.
The pain was very intense, and I fell asleep. Dreams crazy af. I woke up the next day, realising that I had played audio for the whole time. :exploding_head:
Of course, I accidentally overloaded myself, but apparently my HS prefers shock therapy.

It was soul-level healing and releasing. I cry without knowing why but I know with every tears I let go off fears that my soul carried for a very long time. It went so deep to the core.

Precisely that.

See, on the conscious level I thought I was fine with being visible. But deep down that spider represented my biggest fear of being exposed. I’ve been tortured so many times for my powers, skills and all other reasons.
Also, I this field found black magic, so subtly weaved into my DNA. A whisper

I hate those spells. They’re very hard to track because they pretend to be beliefs. Every time you get more money or anything that can bring more good stuff to your life, it activates your field for you to start to sabotage things so you can keep yourself within the survival limit. Then you blame yourself of course.

I don’t recommend shock therapy as it hurts and I’m still not well, but the peace that comes with that is worth every discomfort.
