I have listened to this twice now and experiencing a heavy load on my head and pain shooting through my body. Going to avoid looping this and supplement with electrolyte and water. 
No pain, no gain 
just like in the gym.
Less is better, for sure 
When I started using fields years ago, I did this+Eternal Cleaner + DNA Repair for 2 weeks. I had an instant shadow-side explosion that I had issues integrating. And physical pain was horrible.

That’s a nice side effect of using fields. The first one I had, and it’s related to 36 Strands and DNA Repair, I suddenly became a vegetarian. I stopped eating meat. I never wanted to be veggie. I loved meat. Here I am, a vegetarian gym bunny 
I think it would overload people very fast.

I am wondering:
- How many strands of DNA can be realistically activated at this point in time? I have heard about 12 strands, and then 36, 48… over the years. Some people now claim that they have 16,000+ strands activated (can they really do that while still staying in the physical body?)
- At some point, will additional strands be automatically activated as new energies arrive at Earth and the timing is right?
Any thoughts on this?

I don’t have information about more than 36. I heard the theory that it all depends on the soul’s origins, and some beings who incarnated on Earth from different realms have different capacities.
The New Earth series is very helpful with that. New Earth Activation Codes has enough information for years ahead so you can adapt faster.

Thanks for your input! Yes, I placed New Earth Activation Codes with the trio, and it is probably time to pay more attention to it.
As for DNA strands, I used to think that they correlate to dimensional levels in the lower realms, but then when some people start to claim that we can activate thousands of strands, I start to wonder what all these “strands” are really for? Do they refer to sub-strands (such as 12 sub-strands for each DNA strand)? Or maybe some healers want to make more money by asking clients to have endless DNA activation sessions? :).

In a quantum world, everything is possible. I tend to keep my mind open and not stick to rules that much. After all, we give meaning to things. Without it, energy or even theory is just neutral.
