@Maitreya Possible to have ‘Expansion’ as a virtue? :folded_hands:

Here are some of my observations after three months of use

Clarity

I think this is the quality that helps me deal with one of the biggest challenges I have right now.

What used to get in my way was that I had no movement toward a big, long - term goal - my goal was made up of lots of daily ones. I find it easy to switch between tasks, but hard to keep a direction.

It’s a lot like setting off on a journey and turning many daily goals into one created path. I’m starting to see where I’m going, even if not everything is completely clear - I realize that making it happen takes time.

Before this, I was always getting distracted and drawn into other things, probably because of fear of making mistakes, perfectionism, and over - control. I really want to learn not to prevent mistakes or avoid them, but to move along a clear route.

I also somehow feel this is connected to my general flexibility, which I didn’t have at all, because over - control, workaholism, and fear of losing control were always with me.

When those strict limits I put on myself disappeared, I would freeze. I want to have more flexibility inside clarity - to know where I’m going, but at the same time be able to change the ways I get there without losing direction.

I want the state of “going with the flow” to turn into conscious movement.

Honestly, my previous lifestyle was like busyness - there were lots of contacts, lots of movement, lots of criticism, a state of confusion in my own and others’ thoughts, exploring many directions without coming to any conclusions, getting lost in my own feelings, and being incredibly demanding of myself, my environment, and other people.

I’ve started making clear decisions faster, and I stop doubting after I’ve made a choice. There’s more clarity around money - I see where it goes, and there’s less chaos.

There’s more clarity about people - I understand who is my person and who isn’t.

There’s also more clarity in my business; before, it felt more like tossing around, when I would choose something new every other day, start doing it, and then stop.

In short, I see this quality as a lifesaver from scattering, chaos, and endless doubts.

Connection

I’ve always had a personal feeling that I was cut off from people, even when I was with them. I could be, for example, in a group of friends, but energetically and emotionally - no.

I remember that I always preferred, for example, when we go somewhere to nature for a break, to spend some time there and then take a fishing rod and go fishing. Even my Ascendant in Capricorn (which is the image you project to others) shows that I’m closed, reserved, distrustful, prickly, and sharp.

This virtue softens my armor. I stop being prickly and start radiating approachability. Probably, people have stopped feeling a wall between us and are starting to feel me.

I’ve always had dictatorial tendencies, where I dictated my opinion and didn’t accept other views. Power, control, loneliness - these were my synonyms. I’ve noticed that I’ve stopped putting pressure on people and maybe even started attracting them.

My influence on others has become softer but more powerful.

This quality has definitely affected intimacy - I’ve probably stopped being afraid of it and even started seeking and creating it. I’ve stopped avoiding it so I wouldn’t repeat the pain, and I’ve started letting new people into my space.

The connection within my family, especially with my parents, has grown stronger. I talk to my mom less often, but the feeling has become even warmer. I also think I’m starting to come out of self - isolation, no longer locked inside myself, beginning to be with people and get energy from them instead of losing it.

My North Node is in the sixth house, which means my evolutionary task is to come out of my cozy inner world and serve people. My soul keeps setting the task of working for the good of others.

Connection is a tool for fulfilling this task, because without connecting with people, I probably wouldn’t be able to listen and help.

Another thing that’s noticeable - I’ve become interested in building deeper contacts instead of superficial ones. I’m starting to invest in relationships and build strong connections.

Yes, this definitely affects trust, but I wrote about the quality of trust above.

In short, have you ever seen hermit crabs on the beach? Imagine: a little crab comes out of its shell and says, “People around aren’t so evil and bad - you can build relationships with them.”

Conviction

This quality has given me inner confidence that doesn’t need outside confirmation - the ability to stand my ground without aggression or strong pressure.

This is probably connected to my inner dictatorship - I stop pushing because my rightness doesn’t need to be proved.

I have a conviction that I know what I can do and how the world works (in my current interpretation), and I don’t feel the need to run around and prove to people that this is how it is.

They have their own point of view, and if I don’t like something or it doesn’t work for me - that’s okay.

I’ve developed a conviction that I can handle any outcome, and this loosens control even more. It also affects my inner dialogues when I think about decisions after I’ve made them.

For example: you made a decision yesterday, everything was fine during the day, you wake up in the morning and start doubting: “Was it necessary? Maybe it wasn’t? Was it the right choice?” So, that’s not there anymore.

I’m still working on having focused attention - I think this will develop even more.

I guess I’ve become even more sure that I’m valuable simply because I just was born, and I don’t need to prove this to others or boost myself up.

I’m already convinced of my worth, and that’s enough. Recognition is like a bonus on the side.

Because I recognize my own value, perfectionism and chronic tension are decreasing. It also affects my desires - I’ve developed something like the right to want things without feeling guilty - and I used to have certain problems with that.

The fear of making mistakes, which has followed me all my life, is also starting to fade, because I’ve developed the conviction that even if I make a mistake, I’ll fix it - it’s part of my path, and I don’t need to blame myself for it.

By the way, there’s a really great rule I’ve come up with for myself: one mistake - one punishment. Like with a car: you speed - you get a fine, you pay it, and you don’t go back to it.

But I used to make a mistake and keep coming back to it, punishing myself over and over. Now - no. If I make a mistake - okay, I admit it,

I’m ready to apologize, I’m ready to take responsibility for my decisions, I close the matter and don’t return to it.

Correct Judgment

Probably the biggest thing this virtue has given me - and it’s something I had naturally, but it was distorted by fears, pride, and mental noise - is the ability to make wise, balanced decisions that work in the long term.

Before, I was more focused on getting short - term rewards, and now - on long - term ones. You know, it’s like the marshmallow test in childhood (when you’re offered one marshmallow now or three in an hour). Most children choose now. As a child, I would definitely have chosen now, and as an adult too, but now something has changed.

I’ve stopped getting stuck between options and started making decisions faster, because I can see what really works and what doesn’t.

This virtue can be analyzed across all areas of life in terms of its impact. For example, I’ve stopped rushing into getting involved in different stories, and I’m interested in projects and directions that can really grow. In money matters, there’s less financial chaos. In relationships, it’s become easier to identify people - I understand who I feel comfortable with, who I choose to spend time with, and who is not on my path.

Definitely, something has changed, and it’s not only because of this quality, but in general. I don’t know why, but I want to compare this field to the mandala of Right Decisions - here you start choosing the correct solution, and there - the intuitively right one.

And probably, constructiveness is increasingly becoming my norm.

Determination

The percentage of tasks I finish has changed significantly. I stopped dropping projects halfway through and started bringing them to a final result, even when enthusiasm fades. I really want to transfer this quality to my long - term goals and desires so that, as I said, I can keep pushing at the same point for five years in a row.

It has become easier to overcome obstacles: I keep going because I decided to, and that’s it. It’s very easy to track this through sports.

For example, when I schedule a workout for the evening and don’t feel like doing it when evening comes, I still do it because it was planned. Even if I’m tired. After the workout, I can tell myself, “Tomorrow I’ll see how I feel and decide whether to train or not.” But today I completed it because it was planned.

Actually, it’s a really great quality to keep promises you make to yourself, because these are the big building blocks that major achievements are made of.

Before, I could allow myself not to fulfill them and was fine with it, but now I’m not.

I’ve also closed many loose ends that were draining my energy, and I keep closing them. In general - I don’t know if it’s because of this virtue or not - I developed a feeling that I can handle anything, even if I honestly don’t know how.

If the need arises to figure out a completely new topic, I will do it, even if it’s entirely unfamiliar. I used to struggle with finishing things: I could easily start something and get excited quickly, but had a hard time finishing.

My interest flared up and died down very fast, and the fear of making mistakes often held me back and kept me from moving forward.

I’d probably call this exact virtue the cure for incompleteness. It’s the ability to tell yourself, “I started it, so I will finish it, even if it gets hard, boring, or scary.”

It’s actually interesting to observe how, after a couple of months or even longer, virtues start showing up through everything you do, and you can really notice a huge number of effects

At first, it just seems like “this is who I’ve become,” but then that specific virtue begins to influence all areas of your life, and you simply start noticing

“it used to be like this here, and now it’s like that.”

The exact same thing happens with the Law of Attunement.

Only there, you start observing even deeper changes over time

This is trickier than I thought. I absolutely need more Stamina, so that could be one option. I’m very drawn to Miracle and Awe… but feel an incredible amount of resistance to Forgiveness, Compassion and Faith and that tells me I’ve just pinpointed blockages needing to be dealt with.

I’m thinking of getting six and dedicating 2 months to each.

I avoided this virtues and Compassion /Forgiveness Attunements for more than half a year ))

Because they concerned to my evolutionary growth - the North Node in my natal chart, where I need to become softer, kinder, and give love to people

Helping is love. You are already doing it without realising it.

I am honestly not sure which to get first. I drive Uber part time after work. Which would be best for this?

I know I lack a lot of virtues.

I think we should wait for The Virtue of Uber :taxi:
But now you could consider The Driver field instead

I didn’t even know that was a field. I decided to go with forgiveness. I struggle a lot with forgiveness

One of the toughest Things to do :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

Forgiveness is primarily for you.

It does not mean that you have to continue communicating with people who have hurt you, allow them back into your life, excuse what they did, or tolerate the same behavior again. In fact, real healing often means that you have understood the lesson, established stronger boundaries, and no longer allow the same pattern to repeat.

Forgiveness is not the absence of boundaries. It is the release of the inner desire for revenge.

You can forgive someone and still choose never to speak to them again. You can forgive and still protect yourself. You can forgive and still recognize very clearly that what happened was wrong.

From a karmic perspective, forgiving someone does not erase the consequences of their own actions. Their karma remains their own. What changes is your participation in it.

The deeper question is whether you want to carry the need to personally punish them, repay them, or make them suffer for what they did.

When we remain attached to revenge, we remain energetically and emotionally connected to the person and to the original event. Instead of closing the cycle, we continue feeding it.

In karmic terms, this is one of the ways the same relationships and conflicts can continue repeating from one lifetime to another: one person hurts the other, the other seeks repayment, then the roles reverse, and the same unresolved dynamic continues.

Forgiveness is a way of stepping out of that game.

I remember you saying in one of your posts evil doesn’t deserve forgiveness, what do you do then?

Yes, I did say that, but the context there was different.

I was speaking specifically about active evil — situations where someone is intentionally harming others, attacking them, manipulating them, or repeatedly choosing to cause harm without remorse. In that context, I was explaining that forgiveness should never be confused with passivity, allowing abuse, refusing to defend yourself, or pretending that evil behavior is acceptable.

When I speak about forgiveness in the Forgiveness field, I mean something different: releasing the hatred, obsession, resentment, and personal desire for revenge that keeps you energetically and emotionally tied to what happened.

You can forgive someone internally and still completely remove them from your life. You can forgive and still have boundaries. You can forgive and still defend yourself. You can forgive and still believe that they should face the consequences of their actions.

Forgiveness does not mean saying, “What you did was okay.”

It means, “I will not carry what you did inside me forever, and I will not allow it to turn me into the same thing.”

There are also situations where a person is not ready to forgive, and I do not believe forgiveness should be forced. Sometimes the first step is simply to stop feeding the desire for revenge and allow justice and consequences to take their natural course.

So there is no contradiction between the two ideas. One was about not offering blind mercy or passivity toward active evil; the other is about freeing yourself from the inner bond created by hatred and revenge.

I think everyone will eventually come to forgiveness. At the very least, forgiveness is always the way forward. The higher you grow spiritually, the more you realize this. First and foremost, forgiveness is about freeing yourself, as all the negative emotions behind unforgiveness poison your life.

Another aspect that isn’t mentioned often is that most people don’t see the big picture or realize that they actually created the problem themselves. While something might seem unfair within a single lifetime, when you look at the full picture across all incarnations, everything makes total sense.

I couldn’t resist. I went on and also bought the peace virtue. This is one that resonated with me a lot. I tend to get overwhelmed with the external world. The odd part is as I bought this mandala and put it as my wallpaper, it’s like my brain fog went away and everything looks brighter.

Also when I think about my desired life, it truly is a peaceful one. Hence why I felt very drawn to this specific mandala after forgiveness.
