I set the intention to connect with an incarnation, that has mastery over the mind and conciousness and lives fully trough the heart.
I felt vibrations and pressure on different parts of my body, mostly head/ forehead and heartarea and then I asked a few questions and asked the Incarnation to transmit wisdom, beliefs, knowledge and skills I need to live fully trough the heart.
Didn’t recognized something clearly, my mind wandered here and there, to a shopping list for example. I recognised ca. 100 thoughts in 30 minutes and always focused back on intention or question.
Let’s observe what happens in the next days
Eventually I need the spiritual converter or something like that, as I never recognized any information send from higher realms. Not from hs, spiritguides or angels..

Yes, that works as well — but it’s truly fascinating to be able to see your other incarnations and communicate with them.
In this field, the intention is to enhance and activate these abilities, allowing them to strengthen over time. You can choose to connect with an incarnation of yourself that has a well-developed ability to receive information in this way, and download that knowledge.

Yesterday, I finally identified one of my incarnations that had been creating some interference for me — and that incarnation itself is going through significant challenges. Different incarnations naturally look different and can have different life purposes. But that person there doesn’t know that I exist. More advanced incarnations may recognize you when you connect with them, but most of them won’t — it’s difficult for them. But it’s me in another form.
