This is an energy field designed to help people. It stops them from absorbing negative energy from others. Usually, people who try to save everyone around them fall into this pattern. This often happens because, as children, they didn’t get enough love or attention, even though they didn’t have a bad environment.

As adults, they try to help everyone, which can be harmful. Everyone should take responsibility for themselves. When people don’t do this, they pass their problems onto others. This keeps them from learning important lessons and makes them feel like victims.

People who absorb others’ negative energy to help them are also harmed by this pattern. It’s not good for either side. So, this energy field is designed to break this cycle. It teaches a person’s aura to be strong and not to absorb other people’s energies.

Does it release the energy we have already taken or is there another field for that?
