When a boy is born to a mother who desperately wanted a girl, the child reads this on a deep unconscious level as a ban on his existence: “I am not here,” “There is something wrong with me.” To survive in the family system and receive the vital love of his mother, the child’s subconscious makes severe compromises. It tries to “satisfy” the mother’s expectations by suppressing the masculine and unconsciously acting like a woman.
Thinness, a reluctance to look masculine, and porn addiction are likely mechanisms of auto-aggression (directing anger and destruction at oneself). This is an unconscious way to destroy the man within oneself in order to “buy” the mother’s love, while simultaneously punishing oneself for not being born the girl she wanted you to be.
What we often perceive as external influences, entities, or alien possessions are actually excluded figures from the ancestral system or split-off, suppressed parts of our own soul.
We often carry people inside us whom the system has not let go of, repeating their fates. If there were women in your lineage with hard destinies, or if out of blind childhood loyalty you are carrying your mother’s unfulfilled female programs, your subconscious will force you to play out this female script.
The entity’s mask likely hides your true strength and masculinity. To reclaim it, you must stop fighting this figure (struggling only holds it in place) and perform a disidentification (separation): “I separate myself from my mother, from her expectations, and from this figure. I am me, and they are them.”
An honest admission that deep inside you feel a lot of hatred toward her is a major step toward freedom. We are raised to be “good children” who are obligated only to love their parents. By suppressing natural anger and hatred toward your mother (because you “aren’t allowed” to be angry at her), you turned this weapon inward against yourself.
Suppressed aggression destroys your life and body. But as soon as you give this feeling a place and legitimize it, the charge dissolves. A mother is always a vessel of unconditional love for her child at the soul level, but by closing ourselves off from our pain and anger toward her, we simultaneously block our access to her love and strength.
Your fear of looking at the pain and your built-up “defense” are completely natural mechanisms of the mind.
The security system holds all your childhood traumas and accumulated emotions inside so they don’t destroy you, while the defense system protects your boundaries from any external interference.
To grow up, however, you need to let in something greater. You don’t need to break your shields by force to do this. We simply give the defense a place: "I see my defense and how it saved me. And I give it a place."
Practical Phrases to Speak Aloud (The Truth Legalization Method)
Find a quiet space, take a deep breath in and out, drop your attention into the field of your heart (place your hand on your chest), and slowly say these phrases aloud:
“I recognize and accept that my mother wanted a girl, but I was born a boy. And I give this a place. I accept this experience at the exact price it cost me, and I agree with that price.”
“I recognize and accept that I tried to destroy my masculinity, my body, and my strength to earn my mother’s love and become the daughter she was waiting for. But I am a man, I am a son, and I am already here. And I give this a place.”
“I recognize and accept my deep hatred, anger, and resentment toward my mother. I allow myself to feel this in my body without any shame or judgment. I have a right to my feelings, and I give them a place.”
“I separate and distinguish my personality, my masculinity, and my destiny from my mother’s expectations and the fates of the women in my lineage. Mom is mom, and I am me. Money and masculinity are separate, and mom’s deficits are separate.”
“Dear mom, you are big, and I am small. You gave me life, and I accept it. But I no longer have to pay with my masculinity, health, and happiness for your love. I have the right to live by virtue of my birth, and I owe you nothing.”
“I recognize my fear of looking into the pain and the defense I built to survive. Thank you to my defense; I give it a place.”
Allow bodily reactions and tears simply to be. Everything that starts in the body inevitably ends if we do not try to stop it.
To ground these realizations, a simple constellation exercise on sheets of paper works very effectively. You can do it alone in a room to visually separate your mother’s expectations from your true masculinity.
The goal of this practice is to visually and physically separate your mother’s expectations from your own life, disidentify with the imposed female role (“entity”), give space to suppressed masculinity, and reclaim your right to be yourself.
Preparation for the Practice
Find a quiet place where no one will disturb you for 30-40 minutes.
Take 5 blank sheets of A4 paper and a marker/pen.
Label each sheet clearly:
Sheet 1: “Me (Man, Son, Author of my life)”
Sheet 2: “Mom and Her Expectations (Fear that she wanted a girl)”
Sheet 3: “My True Masculinity, Strength, and Maturity”
Sheet 4: “Entity / Female Role / Mask”
Sheet 5: “My Defense / Fear of Pain / Sabotage”
Step 1. Placing the Sheets on the Floor
Place the “Me” sheet in the center of the room. Stand on it with your feet.
Take a few deep breaths in and out, feeling your feet and your body.
Holding the remaining sheets in your hands, lay them out on the floor around you purely intuitively-wherever your hand is drawn, without overthinking logically.
Pay attention: which sheets ended up close by? Which sheet is behind your back, and which is far ahead? Are there sheets that are physically difficult or unpleasant for you to look at?
Step 2. Working from the “Me” Position (Legalizing Truth)
Standing on the “Me” sheet, turn to face each sheet one by one and slowly say the key phrases aloud. After each phrase, inhale, exhale, and listen to your bodily sensations (tightness, warmth, goosebumps, yawning, or tears-all of these are signs that emotional charges are releasing):
Looking at the “Mom and Her Expectations” sheet:
“I recognize and accept you as my mother, and myself as your son. I recognize that you wanted a girl, and I give this a place. Mom, I recognize that out of immense childhood love for you, I tried to become that girl, destroying my body, health, and masculinity. But I am a man, I am your son, and I am already here. I separate your pain from my choices. You are big, and I am small. I leave you your deficits and expectations with respect for your fate, and I take my life for myself. The best thing I can do out of love for you is to live my own male life.”
Looking at the “Entity / Female Role / Mask” sheet:
“I see you. I recognize and accept that I carried you inside me for a long time and played this role. I recognize that I needed this mask to survive and get mom’s love. But now I have grown up. I separate my soul, my body, and my destiny from you. You are you, and I am me. I return what is yours to you, and I take back what is mine. I give you your rightful place in the past, but in my present and future, there is no longer room for you.”
Looking at the “My Defense / Fear of Pain / Sabotage” sheet:
“I see you and I recognize you. You protected me from unbearable pain, shame, and rejection when I was little. Thank you for saving me. But right now, I am completely safe. I no longer need to hide from life or destroy myself to protect myself. I give you a place, but I choose to move forward without struggle.”
Looking at the “My True Masculinity, Strength, and Maturity” sheet:
“I see you. I recognize that for a long time I rejected, hid, and suppressed you because I thought you were dangerous. I honor all the men in my lineage for whom masculinity and strength came at too high a cost, and I give them a place. I recognize that behind this mask lies a strong, serious, and deep man. I allow myself to connect with my male strength. I am allowed to be a man.”
Step 3. Entering Other Positions (Exploring the Field)
To feel the dynamics more deeply, physically step off your “Me” sheet and stand on the other sheets one by one:
Stand on the “Mom and Her Expectations” sheet: Feel her state. How heavy is she? Is she looking at you, or is her gaze directed into her own past (at her parents or her pain)?
Stand on the “Entity / Female Role” sheet: What kind of energy is this? Do you feel that it isn’t yours at all, but imposed from the outside?
Stand on the “Masculinity and Strength” sheet: Feel this resource. How does your body react when you stand here? Allow this energy to fill your legs and spine.
Step 4. New Configuration and Hierarchy
Return to the “Me” sheet. Look at the space in the room. Now you have the right to rearrange the sheets in a way that feels right for your soul:
Place the “Mom” sheet behind your back (as a foundation that gives life, but does not block the future).
Place the “Entity / Female Role” sheet far off to the side or turn it face down (you are closing this script).
Place the “My True Masculinity and Strength” sheet directly in front of you or combine it by overlapping it onto your “Me” sheet.
Take a deep breath and say the final integration words:
“I recognize everything that was. I accept my destiny at the price it cost me. I choose life, I choose my male strength, and my dignity. So be it.”
Stand in this new configuration for a few minutes, grounding the new state in your body.
