Hahahah that won’t work for sure ![]()
I‘m reading comments and it looks like many People benefit from that method ![]()
I once tried natural methods, but both garlic and the mixture of papaya seeds with garlic gave me gastritis (because the recommendation is to consume them on an empty stomach). Now I avoid them completely because the gastritis pain was way too intense. One thing I’ve noticed is that consuming kefir has helped me maintain my gut health, and I usually don’t have problems with parasites.
Hmm okay good to know!
I just used a Rife Frequency for Parasites, then Maitreyas Field for Parasites and the Eternal Cleaner.
I ate a Share Plum and hurried over to the Pharmacy to get some Epsom Salt.
I just drank some of it and will drink the rest in 2 minutes.
And then I will await the show![]()
It won‘t be enough for sure! But at least till I order the Ivermectin I want to get rid of some of them.
I’m not an expert but I’ve watched lots of videos from people who work with such things for years and it’s their profession. Real parasite clearing lasts minimum half a year, divided into stages. It’s a long process. If you want to do it properly you can look into removing biofilms first as they can hide in those and be invisible to immune system and drugs. Short clearing will do absolutely nothing as you probably will eliminate old and weak parasites. They lay hundred of eggs and to remove them all it takes a lot of time, otherwise it’s useless.
You’re right. The thing about bacterial biofilm and its relation to parasites is very true (Bacterial Biofilms: An Unknown Threat in Parasitic Diseases). I’ve been using N-Acetyl Cysteine because it helps me with my sinusitis, but it also works a lot for dealing with biofilm. By the way, I remember there was a Maitreya field called ‘Mucus Detox’; I guess it could be helpful with biofilm.
After you Detox Protocol try to recovery and reinforce your micriobiome, it is really a great defense against all kind of pathogens.
My Protocol is kind of a mess right now, and I will do a good one as well.
Thanks for mentioning the Biofilm I will look into that!
I plan on drinking lots of Kefir and using the Microbiome field ![]()
Milk products create mucus and I think it’s counterproductive if you want to clear biofilms. There is also such thing as mucoid plaque. It’s literally hardened mucus that is sitting in the body for decades. It’s all complicated:)
I‘ve heard about that. But idk if it is true.
This is usually said by vegans.
Can be true idk![]()
But there are so many contradictions when it comes to food. Listening to the Body is the Key.
And as you can see, I have clearly not been listening to mine ![]()
I would love a world where we don‘t eat meat, but it is simply too nutritious. And delicious as well.
Mankind will never agree on nutrition ![]()
@MihailZ We can always cheat though ![]()

Only with Maitreya and Vega fields ![]()
Be careful with Kefir; if you’re not used to consuming it, it could cause intestinal inflammation if you drink large amounts or if your intestines are weak (which can happen if your detox protocl is aggressive, for example, when using papaya seeds. Papaya seeds work against parasites because they break down proteins, but your intestines are also made of proteins).
About dairy and mucus production: it’s true, but it’s more related to whole dairy like milk and cheese. Kefir isn’t a whole dairy because of the lactobacilli. Kefir also has particular qualities that make it different from regular yogurt: it has up to 60 different strains of beneficial bacteria, while yogurt usually has one or two strains of good bacteria. The good bacteria in kefir inhibit the growth of bacteria that produce biofilm, they also produce vitamins like B12, and make minerals easier to absorb. In fact, lately some medical research has been focusing on kefir to treat all kinds of diseases, but as always, every body is different (Effects of Kefir Consumption on Gastrointestinal Health, Biochemical Parameters, Sleep, and Mental Well-Being in Healthy Young Adults: a Randomized Controlled Trial - ScienceDirect)
Another important point with kefir is that homemade is usually better because store-bought kefir is pasteurized, so the bacteria are already dead and won’t colonize your gut. If you can get kefir grains to make your own kefir or buy kefir that specifies it contains living organisms, it’s better.
The thing with nutrition and medicine in general is that we should treat each person as a unique microcosmos, instead of looking for a one-size-fits-all recipe. When I was studying for my degree, the intestine was treated as an organ that takes care of absorbing nutrients and that has some bacteria living there, and nothing more. In recent years, it has been seen that problems in the digestive tract can also affect mental health, and that even an imbalance in the microbiome can cause anxiety or depression.
Thank you very much for your tips!
The Kefir I get is high Quality and is made from Raw Cow‘s Milk.
And I‘m used to it.
But what would you recommend to consume after a Detox like this?
Fruits?
I don’t dare to give you an answer because those decisions really depend on your detox protocol and its effects on your body. For example: when I used papaya seeds and garlic, I ended up with gastritis, so in the weeks following the detox, I had to focus on recovering my stomach lining more than my microbiome, which meant: little animal protein, easy-to-digest foods like cooked grains, fruits in moderation, and no dairy.
I think the crucial point here is that you choose a specific method for your detox instead of combining several, because it could backfire and lead to some discomfort that might take time to fix. Above all, you know your body because you live in it, and you probably already know what you really need right now. The steps to follow depend on the method you choose and, as I said, its effects on your body. A plan always has a better chance of success if there’s strategy involved.
As a general rule, after a detox protocol, the gut is usually a bit sensitive, so it’s better to start with mild and easy-to-digest foods, like boiled vegetables, cooked oatmeal, white rice, maybe cooked chicken (not fried), and few fats. Red meats are harder to digest, so it would be better to avoid them or eat them in very small amounts. Kefir should also be consumed in moderation in the post-detox stage, since even if you’re used to it, a sensitive gut usually doesn’t react well to a superdose of lactobacilli.
My protocol is from a Youtuber I saw.
It uses a highl fermented plum. And usually that would be enough, but I tried it once and it didn‘t have an effect.
So this time I ate the plum and used Epsom Salt Flush.
That worked well!
Now I will slowly be eating again and using Bacteria Cultures + Microbiome Field to build up my Microbiome again.
For the Parasites I used Frequencies only for now. I felt pain in my Heart and stomach.
The next time I do a flush I will use Ivermectin, but I should wait another half year, to not mess up my Gut too much
I really appreciate your tips!
