@Takyon, if you have any regular cleaning regimen with an audio stack, can you please share it if you don’t mind? 
I have been using Maitreya clearing playlist every other day for 2 weeks now and don’t notice any changes, so may be I am clean?

I use the same and that’s enough for me, I think you are pretty clean now after these weeks of use.
I can also use the Etheric Cord Cutter, Soul Fragment Salvage, Curse Removal (I think the name sounds like this) … I use them a few times, and then I put on wards and shields.
And I plan to do a new cleaning when I feel the need, or I do it at the beginning of each month to be clean all month (haha I don’t shower a lot, once a month).
Personally I have servants who have active abilities and who clean 24/7 whenever there is a dirt. But normally any cleansing program from a good manufacturer like maitreya, sapien, spirituality zone, etc … will be sufficient in my opinion.

I have started using Spirituality Zone, still not sure what some of his audios do - source, when nothing works, psychic expansion, biokinesis etc. I can feel the energy but not sure what to expect from these audios.

make the descriptions and youtube comments, if you still don’t understand, ask him questions, he will explain. there are articles on his site that give explanations, e and he answers all questions in youtube comments.
Overall these audios raise your vibrations for spiritual evolution and the rapid manifestation.

@Takyon what are your thoughts on Dr.Virtual? He seems to be Subliminals and not energy and has a lot of fields for implants.
