A person may eat, drink, smoke, scroll, use substances, seek pleasure, chase approval, buy things, or reach for another stimulation — and still feel empty again soon after. The craving returns. The body asks again. The mind justifies it again. The emotional hunger comes back. This Reality Field is created for that painful cycle of insatiable craving. In Buddhist imagery, the hungry ghost represents a state of endless hunger: a being driven by craving, but unable to feel truly nourished. No matter how much it reaches, consumes, grasps, or repeats, satisfaction does not last. This field is designed to support the release of hungry ghost patterns in the human system, especially where they appear as addiction-like loops, compulsive consumption, emotional hunger, validation seeking, obsessive longing, and disordered patterns around food, pleasure, substances, and stimulation. I have listened every day (x2-3) and while I still get the urge, there’s now distance between me and the impulse. A little like someone shouting at me across the street compared to someone throwing themselves at me and wrestling me to the ground. The thoughts have less power. At my worst I was like a mindless automaton while stuffing my face. I am excited to see how this unfolds and will come back after a longer time. Thank you so much Vega. ---

Only now I really see how sick and twisted my relationship to food was. This field is a lifesaver. I still need a little more time but this I can say right now: this is the first time in my life (and I’m not young) that so called “food noise” is under my control. I never believed I would see the day. Never. 🙏 ---
