Will it still be effective if I do a "a"day followed by a “b” day for a couple weeks or should I do a “a” week then a “b” week? Also I am doing each playlist 3 times a day
If you want to see the results faster then A until you are happy with that and move to B. When you try change too many things at the same time, it might slow down the process. I speak from experience. I’ve never had fast results trying to improve every aspect of my life, but when I tailored fields to one or two goals and then let this go (that’s the most important ingredient) I got results pretty fast.
