Hi, guys. We got some emails about issues with Gumroad. This could be Mercury Retrograde, but also they can have bugs on their website.

Technical support is not very helpful, so for anyone who is experiencing issues with purchases, please send us a message at [support@maitreyafields.com](mailto:support@maitreyafields.com)

**Also, I would strongly recommend always keeping all of your mandala’s backup copies on an external drive or cloud storage.**

If you can’t find a field on Gumroad to purchase, you can also email us, and we will find the link for you or an alternative way.

Hello,

Does anybody know what happened to Gumroad? I opened Gumroad program on my both smartphones but I do not have access to any of fields in the list of fields purchased by me . Instead I see the rotating wheel.

When selecting PayPal as the payment method on Gumroad, there is only an option to pay by credit card, and no option to pay using the PayPal balance. In fact, I have already set PayPal balance as the preferred payment method in my PayPal account. However, when making a payment through PayPal on Maitreya Store, both the PayPal balance and credit card options appear, allowing you to choose the payment method you prefer.

Try a different browser or clear your cache. I’m getting the option to pay by balance on the Gumroad store
