Just a humble suggestions on an already awesome field concept: Would it be possible to enhance bone density more on areas that we use for hitting or blocking (i.e. knuckles, palms, elbows, forearms, shins, skull, instep, heel)?
In certain styles of martial arts, these parts are toughened through impact training, but that often leads to health issues. For instance hitting hard objects with knuckles leads to arthritis. It’d be pretty badass to have a safe and healthy option through this field to obtain that higher density and lower the risk of breaking your hand or legs when sparring or fighting. Just my two cents. I’ll buy this and keep it on for a loong time no matter what haha
